      Our family was booked on separate flights to ********* with no oversight from Worldstrides. When we asked for help they were so unhelful and told us it was our duty to fix it. Worst customer service I have seen in a long time

      Don't do it! Sharing a room is one thing. But to have the girls sharing beds with other girls they don't even know, not ok. To make it worse, they allowed a male who "identifies" as a female sleep in the same room as the girls. There are to many attempts of **** and rapes happening do to these types of situations.

      Left my daughter and her group stranded in ******** with no group leader, just a mother of one of the group that went along, because the group leader left a day early. They apparently have no plan to get her home this week, she arrived in *** Monday... They are 10 mins from being kicked out of the hotel with no ride or direction and have been calling and leaving messages with World Strides emergency number for several hours now with not even a call back. It's becoming apparent that I will have to drive 9 hours to *** to pick them up...

      Please find another organization to take your kids to DC or take them yourselves. It was a very challenging experience. The tour guide was continually yelling at the kids (who were very well-behaved but also kids!), they were rushed from one thing to another, had to stand in long lines to get into buildings to then stand in more long lines to get food for lunch. Dinners were also rushed at the restaurants as the kids were quickly ushered in and out while the guide barked orders at them. The hotel was at least a 45 minute bus ride from anything. The days were so long that the kids were absolutely exhausted and it was hard for them to enjoy anything. I was incredibly unimpressed and felt so badly for the kids.

      This company is AMAZING. The experience they provided my son was fantastic. They're payment plans are manageable and easy. They really went above and beyond to make my son and his class comfortable, while keeping it fun and educational.

      My 6'4" son had to sleep in bed with another child or on the floor. His Sr **** he had 6th graders from another school. I can guarantee that I could have taken him and had a better time for the same amount of $. I don't know how they get away with making KIDS, that most dont even know each other, share beds when parents and ****** parents can't let children share beds. I will make it a point to speak out about this company every chance I get. What a waste.

      Overall this was an awesome experience. I went to ************* with my school. The reasoning behind my low review was because of our tour guide. We did a lot of unnecessary walking, because our tour guide didnt know where our destination was. For example, we ended up going to *************** zoo. Instead of dropping ** off on the side walk leading into the zoo, she had the bus drop ** off 15 minutes away, simply because she had no idea what she was doing. While aimlessly walking down the side walk, she would often stop and look around. This felt very unprofessional. This is one of the many experiences. Our tour guide would often give ** inaccurate information while in several different tourists destinations. While her job was to lead ** through ** efficiently, she did not provide what we were wishing. We spent more time walking around looking for stuff, than actually seeing most of the things. Also, the tour guide would also randomly just walk off without informing the teachers. On many occasions she attempted to guide ** students to leave a place, before the whole group was there. The was little to no communication between her and the teachers. Most of the time the teachers didnt even understand what she was doing. She would often have students J-walk almost getting hit by cars and buses several times. This trip was amazing, but it could have been so much better with a reliable tour guide. If you are thinking about taking this trip, I wouldnt recommend ****** as your tour guide.

      Waste of $!! 4th grade trip to ********** to tour the capital. The capital wasnt open, the church they walked ** to wasnt open, the boat ride they took ** to an hour early then made ** rush through the train museum because of their mistake. Waste of time, money, energy. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

      My daughter just got back from a trip to **. It was a school trip and cost way to much for the little time they actually got to be there. We had to have our students at our school by 2 am and their flight was supposed to leave the airport at 5 they got to the airport and Worldstrides had not purchased the tickets for the flight so the reservations were given to others. The students were stuck at the airport till 1pm that day when they could get a flight to DC. Then they had to change the flight home due to not getting to DC late on Friday and when they landed at the airport on Monday night there was no bus there for the students due to Worldstrides not communication the flight change to the bus company. Plus Worldstrides is telling us that they will reimburse the school but I will believe that when I see it. My daughter told me also that the security person that was at the hotel for them was like trying to rush and push them out of the hotel the last morning. When the one teacher gave them the receipts for the extra time they had at the airport they were like what is all this so I am not holding my breath on the food reimburstment.
