  Horrible horrible service. Every Dollar Tree I’ve been to has been trash, but the prices for some very much needed odds and ends are sometimes hard to not take advantage of.
  I ordered Plate Chargers in bulk for an event I’m having. Did not know that there is a 7-10 day delivery turnaround (this is why Amazon is widely preferred! ). Because of the winter holidays, the package will arrive too late. I tried to cancel the order and was advised through email that it had not been packaged yet, but cancellation is not an option. Also that there is a no refund policy. I was very upset, but asked for the option to exchange for something I can actually use - I was told no and to sell the items to someone else. What type of business is this? I mean really?! Saving a penny is nice- but I will no longer deal with this company. It’s not worth it.

  I Purchased some items for the Dollar Tree store # **** (Dunean) the cashier Philip was very very rude, he was too busy looking out of the window to pay attention to me the customer and I said to him You need to focus your attention on me the customer and he responded back: these are my eyes I can look where I want. I asked him for the Manager, He still had an attitude, so I spoke with the Manager.
  I asked her for the Corporate office phone number; acted if she did not know, so I asked her for her name and I told her that is was going to contact the corporate office. I took a picture of her and her rude employee. I left the store very upset I had to wait for the bus to come. The more that I thought the way he talked to the more upset I got so, I went back into the store to get a refund because I did not want my money supporting a company with rude employees.
  The manger came offer and pointed out at the bottom (No refund only exchanges). I did not want to exchange anything, the I items that I purchased was what intended on buying, but I will not send my money with a company where employees are rude and thrash talking to customer’s there is a lot of that going on these days.
  I will never shop in a Dollar Tree Store or a Family dollar store, I am not a mystery shopper that get paid to do that. I have called the Customer complaint number to no avail their employees no that you just wasting your time because you are given the runaround.

  The Dollar Store located at ***** Mission Blvd Hayward Ca has had unhoused occupants living there for months. It was a mess until Code Enforcement had to step in and have the unhoused and the numerous amount of trash removed. The front door is missing glass and it needs to be power washed because its so filthy in front of the store. The DM Zain and the property Manager Henry doesn't care! They are getting paid to maintain the property but fail to do so! Dollar Tree please have your DM and Property Managers maintain your properties in our communities!

  I went in the store tonight and bought a milk. When I got home I realized it was rotten so I went back to the store to return it for another, one that was not rotten but the manager of the store said that I could not return it for another because milk was not a resellable item. So I was sent home with a rotten milk.
  It was ridiculous, and it was a manager that I had spoke with...
  And this was the dollar tree on Lake Blvd.

  To whom this may concern
  I visited Dollar Tree store 3230 today 12/11/23. During checkout 2 employeesand were checking out customers- employee #1 turned register off, walked into office, came out- the 2 ladies in front of me had baskets full of items (one was making 37 gift bags for high school girls- so a lot of items). I asked employee #1 if he could check me out since he was just working register -he said no- the ‘number’ wasn’t high enough (did he mean the number of customers in line?). I had 4 items in my hand and the man behind me had a couple of items. Employee #1 walked to back of store. I observed him standing there - doing nothing. I’m not sure if he wasn’t helping me because I’m a senior citizen and the man behind me was African American but that was my impression. After a few minutes I decided to see if I could find the manager- Employee #1 said he was the manager. He told me he would check me out this time but not in the future. I sent an email to Dollar Tree customer service about my experience.

  They are always closed because nobody wants to work. ***** has it, the manager is complaining about nonexistant mold. I live in this town and shop in that store regularly (weekly basis at the least); and they have NEVER had any mold. Customers do not smell it, nor do I...I have had mold in a couple of residences. I talk to quite a few people in my town, and I am not the only person who views this as a bunch of BS. The manager and employees simply do not want to go to work. This is NOT a good business practice and I had to finally place my review.

  The Dollar Tree manager a* **** ****** **** ***** *********** *** ****** is dreadful!!! She has absolutely NO consideration for a senior citizen with a disability. That's what I experienced as a result of her MANAGEMENT!!! She showed absolutely NO consideration for the way I shopped, which was because of my physical disability. Instead she made a shameful and out rite embarrassing assumption!! Shame on U Ms. Nicole! SHAME ON U!! Unless their is a change, I can't imagine ever coming back to that particular again!!!

  The dollar tree at 4001 Madison Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46227 is the trashiest store I’ve ever been into in my life. The employees as well as their customers they bring in are trashy as well. They dress horrible, the manager hollers out loud like a hillbilly, and they invite homeless people to live in their parking lot, which is putting trash all over the parking lot also overflowing into the neighborhood it is disgusting and it’s lowering the values of homes in the in the neighborhood. Drug dealing in the parking lot etc. etc. dollar tree should be ashamed.

  I had visited the Dollar Tree on 10/29/2023 at 12:07 pm. I was being watched by a cashier as though I was a criminal. I felt very comfortable. I grabbed what I needed and asked a question through the checkout line. She was very rude. Didn't smile at all at me but to the other customers. My card declined at first...she was very nasty about it..then I reran it again and it approved. I than told her I hope she has a better day and she became very rude and screamed her name at me in front of the entire store and I left!
