      They are going to get their fees from you one way or another. Absolute disgrace that they take an already terrible situation & make it worse by taking away an inmates outside support. The whole prison system is all about money & keep that revolving door going!! Nevermind that many families are already struggling. You have no shame in taking away the few dollars a family member may have to your absurb fees. Total monopoly!! You forget that is still a human being in there that made bad choices. But why would you want to help them, oh wait you don't. You just want money & if that means taking away every possible minute, then your company will make sure that happens!!

      This company is preying on families of incarcerated prisoners. They have taken so much of our money. I truly believe they know exactly the scam they’re running. My daughter calls and they make a dollar and some change plus 10 cent a minute. Once the call starts they cut you off about 2 minutes in. Then the inmate calls again. The same thing again. They are making a lot of money off of this scam! Something needs to be done. I’m going to our local media in North Carolina. The state shouldn’t be using this phone company. It’s a scam!!

      This is an absolute scam and fraudulent "business". I have sent my loved one 2 messages and deposited 10 dollars to her account. She has never received either the messages or the deposit. First call to this company was my phone number had not been verified, second was they were having computer issues and third my phone number had not been verified. See a pattern? I called to get a refund, they stated they could not refund the deposit to my loved ones account because SHE had to be the one to make that call, I asked so you accept collect phone calls from jail? So my loved one has to call you to get money put back on my CC that I made the payment from. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she told me "Calm down woman" and proceeded to hang up on me. So I am out 28 dollars with no recourse. I understand that is not a lot of money but that could have gone to her commissary. This should be shut down immediately. What a scam and what a waste of money. How is this place still up and running.............BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope you READ THIS BEFORE SENDING ANY MONEY. This place is run by the devil himself.

      On the website middle river regional jail is listed but they no longer service this jail. I spent $20 that was for a jail listed on the website but they can't connect my phone call. I tried to get my money back 3 times. First time I was hung up on. Second time I was told to send a email and they would help me. The third time all my information was taken and I was told a refund was issued but it wasn't. I just want my $20 back

      I have trouble making deposits because their system keeps bumping me out AND my password keeps failing. I've had to go to reset 4 times in the last 3 days!!!!!!! I've tried sending messages and chatting but that doesn't work either.

      The customer service representation of this company is horrible they are insensitive to the lgbtq community. They act as if how people are feeling doesn't matter my experience with this company has been horrible and it's a shame that it's the only place in Ohio we have to communicate with our loved ones. Having an a+ rating from the BBB is an outrage not only do they only have one star rating and customer reviews on the BBB page but they only have a one-star rating on Google as well they are prejudiced against the lgbtq community and just blatant about it.

      The product is a D. Pay for 15 minute increments and Global Telink service cuts off the call/muting it in a range spectrum of 2 minutes 30 seconds..to 15 minute average. Lots of theft here. Not receiving what you pay for. They should be audited for quality assurance and actually shut down as a contractor. It equates to theft. Unbelievable.
