      I have worked with moms in motion for several years. My service facilitator Sandra has been wonderful. She is always able to answer my questions. She is able to calm my fears. She has helped my friends who need help. Sandra never turned me away when I needed to talk and vent. Sandra cares and shows she cares by her actions. If you want superior service work with Moms in Motion. They are the best there is out there.

      This is the worst service I've ever experienced from any company. They have been so negligent that it's driven me into financial collapse. I'm a full time caregiver for a bedridden stroke victim. I work 70+ hours a week for him. I'm his only chance of living at the home he's had for 50+ years. MIM have dragged their feet getting us back in a home care program for months, putting us at the very edge of disaster...both his home and mine. I've borrowed all I can, but can't keep up with bills...my car has just been authorized for repossession. I don't have decent words left to describe my experience with MiM.

      Couldnt be any more delighted with MiM. My facilitator answers all my questions and often works late just to help me. Her knowledge of the system and years of experience make her my best advocate and trusted advisor. Best decision of my CCC+/DD waiver process - electing to work with MiM. ****** is incredible!

      They don't submit the doctors paper work in time to get hr approved ever. Don't call back ever. Get paid to be neglectful with peoples lives. Get paid to do the bare minimum.

      We cannot discuss specific details of any case on this public website as we are bound by ***** laws that protect privacy. However, we can say in general that there are many many steps in the process that are confusing for most people receiving services. To be clear, we only get paid to do home visits and nothing else. In spite of that, we do our level best to help the families we serve navigate the entire process.

      They do not return calls or come out for reviews. They were late turning in my sons paperwork so he was dropped from the system twice!! They have constant turnover as soon as things are settled with my son we are changing!!!

      They do not return phone calls. They do not show up usually when they have scheduled appointments. You can e-nail then and they still do not answer. There excuses is they are understaffed and high turnover no wonder because no one knows what they are doing.
