      Mr. Bass for moms in motion is Really a special person . He listened understood and c ame up with a solution. All of the staff there are wonderful .       My son has services through Moms In Motion and his Service Facilitator is Chastity F******. She is very kind and helpful. The waiver process can be a hard one to understand but she has helped us every step of the way as we transitioned from the EPSDT Program to the CCC+. She even helped us understand the importance of getting on the DD Waiver waitlist. She is very busy, but always will text me back if I reach out as soon as she is able. We were able to get my son involved in other local programs that we found through their social media pages like Camp Light and my son was able to go to summer camp in 2023 for the first time ever! Thank you Moms In Motion.

      Really this company is answering these reviews? Well good. Heres one for you. My case manager is who the hell knows. Why you may ask cause they cant keep their employees. I have had multiple meaning more than 5 case managers assigned in one year and i have yet to meet anyone of them. This company used to be good 3 years ago but now they only care about money. Whether you fire employees or they quit this company is failing their clients and they are running a scam facebook page trying to get you too click on their sites and load trojan horses onto your phone. Dont believe me go see for yourself. I got screenshots. They claim to be about their clients but have you read their reviews? It shows how much they arent but only about money. Peoples lives depend on you. You are killing people with this level of care and you should be ashamed of yourself.

      I'm sorry that you have had this experience. Moms In Motion is not untouched by the workforce crisis currently facing all Medicaid Waiver providers in the state of Virginia. Also, our reimbursement rates have not been increased since the inception of our services in 2005. So I can absolutely assure you that we are not doing any of this work for the money. The reason we struggle to keep employees is because we cannot afford to pay them any more than a cashier at a grocery store. If you'd really like to help us fix this issue, we would appreciate you reaching out to your legislators and ask them to support a rate reimbursement increase for CD Services so that we can actually employ people that are willing to stay. We're also asking our legislators to remove the requirement for our team to have a degree in order to do this job. Please help us to help families like yours by asking your legislators to support HB300 Item 288 #14h, SB30 Item 288 #16s, HB30 Item 288 #32h, and HB499.

      I’m not happy with this company. No answer when you contact the agent assigned to you. When you have any problem no one can help you. I have been calling, texting and email to my agent and she never answers until today not responding.
      My agent it was change 3 times in 2 months or they’re quit or fired.
