      I bought a bread maker, it broke and then they replaced. We'll that one only lasted 1 year. So I try to call and get a message, that don't help, have to email and wait we'll that takes a few days. They say it covered under warranty. But I have to pay for shipping which is *****. Why do i have to pay for it when you can't send me a machine that will only last a year. It makes no sense. **************** won't return emails for days after to even answer questions. Stay away if I were you

      I received message from Hamilton Beach that I won sweepstake Here is the email: Congratulations! You're the winner! To claim your prize, please follow the steps below:Steps were easy to follow...SO, I trayed to claim the price and put the code that will make sum to zero out my cart -OFCOUSE was not working. So I sent them email about the issue. Next day I received email:Were sorry - the previous email you received was sent by mistake. Due to an internal error, you were incorrectly informed you won this sweepstakes. Here is our code for 20% off.First I was existed, now I am upset...What normal company with good reputation can do this mistakes about winning and after taking this back... Very big disappointment.I don't have Hamilton Beach appliances at my home, it was chance to try one...but after what happened, I will stay away from this brand for sure.Customer service needs responsibilities and treat customers with respect!

      An inadvertent email was sent late Tuesday informing people they had won a sweepstakes for an air fry and grilling oven. It included a one-time use code to redeem for the product. One recipient of the mistaken emails used the code. Everybody else that tried to use the code could not. An email went out to inform the recipients of the internal error early Wednesday morning, and a 20%+free shipping code was provided by way of apology.

      The customer service of this company is perpetually not there. The phone number is on recording, There is no option to speak to real person. Ordered a toaster and immediately realized it is too large. Put in a cancellation order. By the time I got a response a week later, , the item was already shipped . Now I have been emailing at least 10 time to get a return authorization as per the website instructions. I got no response for over a week. They make it so hard and tedious and frustrating to return anything. It is still in the original box, never opened or used, the order was placed September 15, 2024. i hope that someone will reach out to me .My order number is *******

      Toaster broke in 9 months. Refused to replace under warranty. Warranty prcedure is extremely painful. Expect to send emails back and forth for weeks because it takes them 4 days to reply to each one. HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY!

      I can't believe a company as big as Hamilton beech does not have a customer service **** that has a live person. How ridiculous to conduct business only by email. Older people do not want to do that. I bought a coffee pot 2 months ago. The warmer plate is rusting. And I can't talk to 1 person.

      *-you Hamilton Beach. I ordered a replacement part for my food processor. I had to pay shipping. They sent the incorrect part, even though I specified my model number. As others have mentioned, the many phone numbers they published are never answered, and they don't respond to e-mails. I've had to file a dispute with my credit card, and I will NEVER purchase a Hamilton Beach product again. Great job, guys. This used to be a great company.

      BUYER BEWARE!!! I have been waiting for my refund for almost 2 months no. No one gets back to me. I have all proof showing the delivery dates. They make you pay for shipping on all returns.

      I have had two (2) of the Hamilton Beach 11 cu. ft. upright freezers with drawers. The first unit I had stopped working after 6 months and I filed a warranty claim. ****** (where the unit was purchased) was hands-off and required me to work exclusively through Hamilton Beach on the warranty claim. Hamilton Beach, despite having a two (2) year warranty required weeks of emails and pictures before they would allow me to field destroy the unit as per their instruction. Even upon destroying the unit as directed, Hamilton Beach required picture proof before confirming a refund would be processed. I can understand the lengthy documentation process, but Ive been waiting over a month for a refund check and the organization does not respond to emails. I have a long email thread and documentation supporting my feedback/review. Hamilton Beach does not honor their warranty process even after successfully processing a claim with the organization and receiving their approval.

      I also purchased a Hamilton Beach kettle for which it stopped working within 9 months. Was told I had to pay almost $30 for shipping a new one which is absurd as I paid $50 for it. I told them to shop around for better delivery contracts. They should send us a check to purchase a new one. This would save them a ton of money on delivery fees and they wouldnt need to contract out. Theyve lost my business and of course family and friends for which theyve been made aware of this issue. If someone told me at the time of purchase that this would occur, I would have gladly put it back on the shelf
