      Buyer Beware.....and I mean BEWARE!!Never again, will I purchase a HB product.There is absolutely NO ***************** you can't speak to a person regarding anything product related.Apparently, HB doesn't feel the need to interact with customers that have supported buying there product, but by us posting these reviews hopefully we can protect other customers from making our mistake and purchase un-supported products.DO NOT BUY HB PRODUCTS!!!Maybe and only maybe then when there business declines, will they change there policy and respond to customers needs.

      **************** THIS IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS!!!!I have requested my refund for a month. My purchase was made online on 1/12/2024. It took twelves days to get the product, ten days to get instructions on how to return the unopened package, and a month later I am still asking for my refund. The product was returned and received on 2/7/2024. I have gone through the website process and written a letter requesting my refund. Six days ago I was told that they were "researching my refund" and would get back to me. i emailed again five days later and have not gotten any response. There is no way to contact customer service. All ways to contact anyone or get information is so obscure and cloaked. I have NEVER had such a frustrating experience!!! In the past I had high regards for this name brand but, without question, I will not buy another product from this company again.

      Hamilton Beach has ZERO customer service! I purchased a replacement carafe from www.hamiltonbeach.com & of course it didnt fit my existing coffee maker. So I tried to return it. They provide a phone number but all the message says is to send them an email. The fact that you cant just go online and do a return and print out a label is absurd in this day and age. Ill never buy another Hamilton Beach product.

      Purchased a food processor to replace an old one we had (same brand, just a newer version). The new version did not work well. I contacted customer service several times (the only option is to email them, the phone number on the website does not allow you to speak to anyone) and they told me via email I needed to "cut the food into smaller pieces before processing" which I had already replied that we had tried that and it does not help.....the item is under warranty but they refused to call me or let me speak to anyone other than the person in the email. Even after I explained I had already tried all of the troubleshooting suggestions (which did not work) they said that "troubleshooting steps have been provided to you and "further correspondence regarding this matter will not be provided" and closed my claim. I used to be a loyal customer but I will never buy another product from them again. The worst customer service I have ever seen and the item was not cheap.

      On 11/27/2023 I purchased online from Hamilton Beach a drink mixer that shows it can make lots of things like shakes and Frappes . I tried it a couple times at the same time using their instruction's and all it did was make it frothy . I was disappointed and started the process to send back. They have a phone number but just a recording so u cant reach anyone so started emailing them. I sent the product back I. The same condition and now they say that it works fine , no refund will be given and will need to pay a ***** shipping fee if I want it back. There have been lots of reviews from others that I see now all with the same issue. Their police states that I we change our mind and less than 60 days they will refund. Thanks you

      Hamilton Beach apologizes for the inconvenience. When the consumer original contacted Consumer Affairs, it was reported that the unit was not functioning as it should. After obtaining the unit for analysis, Hamilton Beach determined that the unit functioned as designed. Therefore, according to our return policy, we can return the unit to the consumer, with the consumer paying shipping cost. We are unable to provide a refund since there was no defect with the unit. Thank you.

      Bought a microwave in April and in October, door would be on the screen and when I started the timer, it would run, and never heat or count down. And lets not even get to the customer service. Says that I should submit an email, did that- 3 times. And yet, I have heard back from not a single flipping soul. Call the different numbers listed only to hear the same recording on all the numbers to get referred BACK to the website. Its pointless even purchasing a protection plan if there isnt even someone to help you in case a problem arises. This experience with them has been one of the worst ones Ive ever experienced. I will definitely not buy another one of their items ever!!!

      I ordered blades for my electric knife which didnt fit and returned them less than 10 days after purchasing them. ******* from their customer service department first informed me I was outside the 60 days return policy, then after a ***** email said I could return and provided an address. Item was sent and received. Now Im being told I need to wait 8 weeks so the return can be evaluated. I dont know what that even means but they have their product and my moneyoutrageous. This company is a rip off and Ill tell anyone that will listen

      If the blades have no defect why would I not be eligible for a refund. That makes no sense whatsoever. I bought a product and with days of the purchase I returned the product with no defects. Please explain why I cannot have a refund of my money. The blades do me no good as they dont fit my current electric knife. Why do you have a return policy if you dont honor it. They have their product with no defects back AND my money. This cant be fair. Like I said before Hamilton Beach is a rip off company and no one should ever use them.

      I ordered a Hamilton beach hand mixer on the website. The money was withdrawn from my account. The product never arrived. Never received email confirmation etc. Ive sent 3 messages to Hamilton beach *** no one has responded. They have the absolute worst customer service Ive ever seen. No number to call to speak with a human. Beyond frustrated.

      I bought a ******** coffee maker and maintained it as directed. The brew light suddenly went out and it brews much slower. I contacted customer service and they did not respond to my question only offered a 15 % discount for a future purchase if I went to their website. This coffee maker is used occasionally and I cannot figure out why it is not suddenly working. I did not get a good response and I was able to show them when I purchased it. I am on a strict budget being a senior and widow. I thought Hamilton Beach would produce better products and at least help me troubleshoot my issue rather than just trying to get me to buy another product.

      I bought a well-rated Hamilton Beach toaster from amazon and after *4 months* of light use, the timer k*** no longer worked correctly. Instead of ticking back to the 0 minute, it would stay in position and never turn off which is a fire hazard. I reported this to amazon and they were most unhelpful. When I reported this to the Hamilton Beach support team, while they were quick to send a replacement of similar kind, it had issues of its own. There was a strong burning smell along with a chemical odor that was caused headaches. The machine was empty and cleaned. I reported this to support and they claimed that an odor may appear during first time use, however, this occurred overtime I tried using it. I reported this again and on their own accord, sent another replacement without my approval. This toaster also had the same issues as the prior. (both replacements were the same toaster) I do not know if these packages are getting damaged in shipping or if they are coming from the factory defective. I tried asking for reimbursements of the 100$ I spent on the original toaster and they threw the "60 day refund" line at me when they sent two replacement toasters to me both with series issues.Most dissatisfied.
