Hi. I had 2022 Volkswagen Taos new. My 3rd Volkswagen. I decided to lease even though I was going to buy it. First the dealer screwed me even in a lease for a 25,000$ car in a lease all base model. I would have paid 28,000$ in payments plus a down making it 596 a month. Almost 600$ a month for a lease. Now my car was involved in an accident because an 82 year old was ******* for Mexican food. The insurance is paying $20k plus and I only owed ****** in lease payments. They want to tell me that they arent going to send me the difference or anything because a ***** Blue Book Value. If Im not mistaken ************* which is not going to be used only covers the remaining lease payments not KBB value. How does this make any sense. They have the nerve to say they didnt make any money. Well someone made 32,000$ on a 25,000$ car. When I first got the car it had problems braking. I took it to the dealer they adjusted something. Then a recall happened on the brakes. After a year a liquid was dripping. They kept claiming it was condensation from the ac. Which it was not. They were finally going to check it out right before this happened. A year later. If you think about it. In 2 years, my car wouldnt be worth as much kbb value as it is 2 years old. They got the full payments on an over priced lease, why cant I get the difference. I would love for someone to from Volkswagen to respond on here the same they responded to me on the phone. Never buying a Volkswagen again. Ps if your going to claim I dont own the car then just like enterprise you pay the insurance. Its my insurance policy not yours. If your only argument is ownership then pay me back 2 years of payments of insurance!

I purchased **** A7 2016 in 2019 only 35k miles everything was fine til about a year later check engine light and EPC light kept coming on of code P012100 and P022100, I took the car to ****************** 06/20 they went from replacing fuel pump twice, water pump to ECM module on recall now 02/20 after spending 4k on breather valve had to return right after 3 times each time had to wait 2 months. I paid out of pocket for rental for a month. Received car back 11/2022, turn now in 2023 months later EPC light back on. **** South modifying wires from wire harness when repaired breather valve now faults showing for throttle body and supercharger which is another $7k repair. At this point I called **** USA, put a complaint case in, I explain I was not comfortable with **** South continuing the work they would not provide the diagnostic reports although I had to pay diagnostic fee of $547. **** USA said they will cover parts of new repair of throttle body and supercharger but I had to pay for labor and the deal was only with **** South. I declined, **** South were very rude after learning I declined repair. They gave me my car back with all kinds of lights flashing on dashboard the car went dead not even a mile after leaving, they killed my battery. I had to purchase another battery $450 and then later learned that **** South re wired some of wires to engine harness incorrectly when repaired breather valve had to replace engine harness $4-5k. I called **** USA again to see if they would reconsidered to assist they said it was up to the new service center. New service Ctr declined , I went ahead and paid to replace wire harness and throttle body set $1500. Then my fuel cap got stuck had to replace the actuator and hinge assembly another $500 due to faulty design many owners having same issue apparently **** USA is aware of issue but no recall. Another faulty design now Im having P049100 and P049200 code -secondary air injection at 103k miles. Very disappointed ****

Very Disappointed with Volkswagen. My 2022 Volkswagen in the last year has returned to the dealership 10 times in a little for than a year. When its a brand new car. There are multiple electrical and safety errors appearing each time as well as the car turns off in the middle of traffic. I do not feel safe driving my own vehicle. There is a lot of recalls on this car. I have been back and forth to the dealership and they cannot fix my issue. I have sent in all my paperwork and invoices to Volkswagen customer resolution ******************** and they emailed me a letter stating they are not going to purchase the vehicle back while it was sitting in there shop getting repairs. I picked up the car and 2 days later I had to return back to the dealership to leave the car for more repairs. They have been giving me the run around and I have had the worst experience. Wasted so much time, money and patience with this company. My car has ***** miles and its sitting in the shop for the 11th time with a recall and electrical issue that they cannot fix. When you contact them the case manager state they cant assist you. I have been back to the dealership three this just this week with my check engine light turning back on after I just picked it up from the dealership.

I am currently leasing my 6th Audi A4. The car in the last year has returned to the dealership 7 times in a little for than a year. There are multiple electrical and safety errors appearing each time as well as the car shaking. Audi fails to stand behind the warranty on the car, which was purchased new. They do not return phone calls and think it is acceptable to send a form letter in response to a buyback request stating they are not going to do anything about the issues. When the dealership contacts Audi when the car is there for service they simply tell the dealership to reset the error messages and that there is currently no repair available. The issues with my car began when it had about ***** miles on it. The quality of this car is horrible compared to what I would expect. If possible, I would leave a rating of zero stars

In February 2024, I leased an electric car, ID4, from a local Volkswagen 4S store for 3 years. However, I was extremely disappointed that the vehicle had problems only two months after the purchase. I sent the vehicle to the nearest Volkswagen repair center for repair, but they told me that the vehicle was an accident vehicle. What's worse, it has been two and a half months and the vehicle has not been repaired. My complaint specifically includes the following points:1. Volkswagen sold an accident vehicle: I am shocked and disappointed that a well-known brand sold me an accident vehicle. I want to know why an accident vehicle was sold and told that it was a brand new vehicle.2. The repair time is too long: My electric car has been repaired at the Volkswagen repair center for two and a half months, which is longer than I actually used it. I have only used it for 2 months. I want to know how long it will take for them to repair the vehicle and why there is no clear repair timeline and solution.3. The issue of the replacement vehicle: During the repair period, Volkswagen provided me with a replacement vehicle, but this replacement vehicle was a fuel vehicle, while the electric vehicle I purchased came with a three-year free charging contract. In addition, I purchased an SUV, but the replacement vehicle was not an SUV, which brought great inconvenience to my daily use. What is even more unsatisfactory is that I have to pay for the fuel of the replacement vehicle myself, which is seriously inconsistent with my original car purchase contract. In summary, I believe that Volkswagen has serious negligence and unfair behavior in this transaction and after-sales service.

I have a 2020 Jetta S 1.4/turbo. I just had the engine F up on me after 26k miles in 4 years. It is still under warranty but I am being charged for repairs. They are telling me it is a maintenance issue even though Ive done all the maintenance required to not have a voided warranty. It is a warranty issue and would love some help/direction to see if vw really honors their warranty. As it is I will never buy another vw! This is my 5th vw Ive owned over the years and never have been EFED over like this!!!!!!

I leased an ID4.. One of the reasons I leased the car was that the ** website says the car will charge from 20% to 80% in 20 to 30 minutes.. This is not happening.. 40% to 80% can take up to an hour. The car has become a local driver only.. The charging just takes too long when traveling outside of the local area.. Be aware of what ** is saying about charge times.

I honestly wished I had came here to look at reviews before purchasing my ** Atlas. Even though the *** was used I was not expecting to have driven the car only 3 days. The ** dealership service center is horrible. I even spoked with the service manger at the *******, ** location. He was very condescending and rude. So after finally getting somewhere I found that the part I need is backorder. I know question even if they produced the parts outside of what was made just for the factory. I tried to sent ** a tweet and was only met with the typical nothing response. The worse part is that while customers who have already purchased a product from ** have issues, they are constantly sending new cars to the lot to sit there for months and possibly years. We are having to pay car payments on cars that we can't even drive, but yet the company is constantly boasting about sales rises when customers can't even get their cars fixed. Sadly ** doesn't care about their customers or even making sure they make reliable automobiles.

sincere disappointment with Both ************************* and Audi of America / Volkswagen of America. The issues mentioned are STILL unresolved on this same vehicle even after I have had it in OVER 9 TIMES for the same issues. The dealership sends me home every time telling me the car is fixed and the issues continue to happen. Not only are these issues not fixed, but given the severity of the water repeatedly leaking into the car for EXTENSIVE time. New issues pop up and cause damage, the vehicle is compromised water traveled through various areas of the vehicle. See summary of what Ive been through including horrific service, lost time, safety, etc.: Update as of 5/24: issues17 Repeat 6 times in shop 15 times days without vehicle53. I purchased a NEW 2019 Q3. Driving through a 4-way intersection, and car died in the middle, They told me a known issue with this model They fixed it and when I asked what the issue was, they said they couldnt guarantee it wouldnt happen again. STILL LEAKING ROOF and FLICKERING LIGHTS: Car has been seen 9 times for this. I arrive quite upset and frustrated and the Service Manager says its a known issue with this model. they gave my car back covered in glue on 1 occasion, they gave it back to me and it dripped the next day, again and again. STILL OCCURING: AIR QUALITY: I have had the cabin air filter replaced, musty mold smell still remains likely due to water.STILL OCCURING:MEDIA SCREEN: ********* in the car (the touch screen) has never worked properly. I won't bore you with the details of how i was treated (dismissive at best) and asked to get a new phone, a new cable, etc. before actually reviewing the issues with the interface, which sometimes hops around and doesnt react. STILL OCCURING:LOCK BUTTON ON TRUNK: Only works sometimes, sometimes it closes and locks, sometimes it doesnt SERVICE ISSUES: ************************* service was rude since the beginning. They said These are minor issues and dismissed me.

I took my 2013 Volkswagen in for ignition repairs. ****** Volkswagen in ********* sent me a quote for the ignition, tires and an alignment. Total was supposed to be *******, once I approved those repairs they said Oh your original key wont work with what we replaced so you need to purchase a new key. First of all this should be taken care of when you replace an ignition switch assembly, I called Volkswagen Group of America, they said there was no Dealer Rep or Zone Rep and that they take the side of the dealership and that I would just have to pay for the repairs. The Repair cost that are now trying to get me to pay is $2,125.00. This is price gouging and Unprofessional. I will not be buying a volkswagen ever again. Unprofessional Business practice and unprofessional Dealerships. Anything to string you along and take as much as they can. All I wanted was a reasonable price. for a repair and maybe future purchases. Because they did not give me a good deal on repairs, they missed out on a 40k - 70k future purchase of any other vehicle.
