1 starPurchased a new 2020 Tiguan R line, started having issue at the 5,000 miles, 17,000, 23,00, 30,00 36,000 and kept going with oil consumption. Every time I went into the Dealership they had an excused as why the car kept burning oil, to make the story short, I am still dealing with this stupid car since the manufacture ( Volkswagen Group of America ) would not take the car back and does consider an oil consumption an issue and told me to just keep buying oil for the car every time it runs out in between oil changes. I would never buy another Volkswagen and would never recommend anybody to do so as well. Very disappointed from the Dealership and Volkswagen Group of America.Review fromAlice W

1 starI bought a 2019 VW Jetta last year in September when they showed me the car and never even asked if I wanted to test drive it. So I bought the car and got home car was okay no issues then about a month later was driving and the car shut off in the middle of traffic got the car to start back up and went to my destination and the key wouldn't come out of the ignition. So i called VW and I was told that I would need to make a appointment I said to the lady on the phone please listen to me the key is stuck in the ignition and I can't get it out so proceeds to say ok you can come to the dealership and they might have some that can look at it. So I get there the guy comes out and says do you have an appointment and i kindly say no and he say we'll you will have to make an appointment I said ummmm no my key is stuck in the ignition and it won't come out so he stops and takes a look at it and fights with it for about 10min and finally get it out and says the key is bent do you have your spare just use that one i say I would but they never gave me one they were supposed to order me one but still nothing only to find out it was never ordered I could go in with this forever but I won't. That's just the beginning of many issues with this car. So finally a year later I get an appt and I list everything that is wrong with the car and one of them they don't have a solution for great right. So he tells me he will need my car till at least Friday and this is Tuesday. I'm like your kidding right he say no we are very busy like that's my problem. He offers to lyft me home I was like yiur joking right he was like no I proceed to say I'm a single mom who is handicapped and on a very fixed income he says I will try to get you a loaner but right now we don't have any. I could right 5 pages of my complaints but I won't.
So now my car is still there and I'm told by the care team they will be in touch with me next week I will NEVER EVER BY ANOTHER VWReview fromAlice W

1 starStone Mountain Volkswagen located at 3500 Stone Mountain Hwy, Snellville Georgia 30078.
The sales people called me several times, sent postcards, emailed me over and over again because I have been a faithful customer who pays on time for 3 years.
I was told they would lower my interest rate and car payment and put me in a new Atlas Cross Sport. I bought a 2021, 3 years ago.
I got there, I was insulted over and over again by the sales team.
I was told my payment would be almost 900 a month on the same vehicle the promised would be lower than the 615 a month, I am paying now.
I was belittled for not going a long with this payment.
IS THIS THE WAY YOU DO YOUR CUSTOMER?
I should have been treated very well. I AM ALREADY A STONE MOUNTAIN VOLKSWAGEN CUSTOMER!
The whole experience was ghetto!
They begged me to come in and should have made sure I drove out with a new car!
One of the owners was there and let this happen!
Unacceptable!Review fromClifford E

5 starsFive star service department in a major urban downtown dealership. Hands down. It really doesn't get better this. Ryan M******** is a premier service rep. He tackled all my problems and issues, no matter how simple or complex, with the same high level of professionalism and courtesy. They can't pay him enough.Review fromKelsey P

1 starJust purchased a 2024 Atlas. Unfortunately the second week of owning the vehicle the computer module went out. The dealership told us that we’ll be getting the car back in a week but a few days after they told us that they called us back to tell us the module is on back order and they have no idea when that part will come in. For the past few days I’ve been on hold with customer service and when I finally get through to someone it doesn’t seem like anyone can help me. I’m beyond frustrated cause I don’t think it’s right that they expect us to continue making payments on a vehicle we’re not driving.Review fromJayleen R

1 starVolkswagen has had my car on the lot for a YEAR. Nina A the specialist who works for VWofA is extremely condescending and is going back on her word. They offered me $1500 for my experience with them and told me the part will be made in September. It is now October. I ask for the status of the part they say she says there’s no ETA even though she told me the ETA was September. They also wouldn’t buyback my car 2 months ago. But now that there’s no ETA they want to buy it back MINUS the $1500. Absolutely worst make & even worse customer service Neil never purchase from them again and urging others not to as well. They will low ball you the value too. They want to give me $5550 for a $7k+ car in excellent condition. They can’t fix it because they won’t make the part yet IM the one who is at a loss. They are using money from my car to compensate ME. Make it make sense. It’s not compensation if I’m paying myself with money from the value of my car.Review fromTiffany T

1 starI wish I could give a 0 rating. I purchased a Audi from Bell Audi on 7/17/23. It was purchased in NJ but I live in PA. I paid to have tags and registration transferred from my previous vehicle. After contacting Bell Audi SEVERAL times and not receiving a response I contacted Audi USA for assistance. On 8/30/23 I filed a compliant with Audi USA; Customer Experience Center. On 9/6/23 I received a call back and was informed that they contacted the dealership and that the dealership would contact me. The dealership never contacted me even after filing the compliant. It is unfortunate that me contacting Audi USA resulted in the same thing I did; NOTHING. They claim they’re an advocate for customers but was of no assistance. I was informed that the dealerships are individually owned and it’s not much Audi USA can do. My complaint was that Bell Audi was non responsive but I was directed to reach out to them again (makes no sense). My issue has not been resolved as of 9/11/23; no registration, Audi USA hasn’t returned my call after AGAIN no response from Bell Audi, and Bell Audi is still giving me the run around.Review fromElliot P

1 starThey say they will keep my car in service for 1 month or more, but they do not give a loaner. If I had not contacted Volkswagen about the claim I made 3 years ago, they would not have informed me that the claim was approved.
