    Good final product and price, but long wait for installation and very poor communication.

    When I ordered my carport, I was told that I would receive a call in 3-5 business days to schedule the installation. Weeks went by. When I tried to call Alan's Factory Outlet and Carolina Carport (a shell company they subcontract through), I was given an endless run around. If someone had just told me, "we have a massive back log and it will be 6 to 8 weeks" that would have helped a lot.

    Finally when they did call and schedule the installation..... cancelled and rescheduled twice. They no showed the 3rd time, but then arrived at out house unannounced the next day.

    The workers did a good job with the installation and the carport seems to be of good quality. I just wish they'd been better at communication, throughout the process.

    Easy Ordering, Great Pricing, Great Customer Service, and the installation was flawless. These guys worked like a well-oiled machine. In two hours, they had the carport installed and perfectly level. They also were very hospitable.

    I like the car port .good job . good price ,I would have givin 5 star but for the screws left all over my driveway , I would use you again

    Terrible service. no notification of potential time for delivery. Called twice, still no news or even estimate of potential delivery, yet they were very free to take full payment prior to any potential order. They have now had our funds for over 3 months with no news still regarding potential delivery.

    I had a 18X35 RV Shelter installed. All the materials were of very good quality. The installers made good use of their time and completed the job in 3 hours. The work was professionally done and they did a thorough cleanup afterward. I'm very pleased with everything.

    I ordered early in July, finally received a delivery date for Aug 11 , they called and rescheduled for Aug 12th then on the 11th at almost bed time we saw men walking around in our yard on the phone. They found a humped up mound of gravel and set their laser level on top of the mound, highest level in the site and were already on the phone with their company telling them my site was 3' out of level, before they even spoke with me. I went out the next morning 30 minutes before they were originally scheduled for , used the tractor for 15 minutes and the 3' out of level was miraculously gone. Now they have rescheduled for Oct 3 and charging me a $210.00 return fee. Very disappointed. I will update soon.

    anything i needed to know was answered quick. hopeing i can get it done before now flys. my challenger is not likeing the snow . hope it will come soon tom cooney from pa.

    Horrible company to deal with. Ru away as fast as possible from these people. Waited three months for delivery. After a 3 month wait and many phone calls I was finally scheduled for delivery. three times they canceled and three times NO ONE SHOWED UP OR CALLED TO SAY THEY WERE NOT COMING OR WHEN THEY WOULD RESCHEDULE. I took time off from work to wait for no one to show up. I was left with no choice but to cancel my order. Alan's Factory Outlet ended up COSTING ME MONEY because I hand to file a new permit since my original permit was with Alan's I could not use my permit for another company. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company. Waists time and costs you money and you get NOTHING in return.

    New 18X20 Carport Cover!!!
    It is wonderful we enjoy it very much no more clutter…
    The ordering process was very easy, and the crew that placed it on our existing slab was very professional and courteous they had a very quick thorough process.. the carport is sturdy and looks great!! No leaky roof and has held up through 70+ mph winds since it was installed
