    I placed an order for a 18 x 20 carport on August 2 2023. It was delivered and installed on September 8 2023. I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality and installation of my carport. The installation crew is top notch and very fast! Thanks for a great buying experience and a great carport at a very reasonable price.

    Awsome job an18x25 garage built in under 5 hours! The crew is a well oiled machine. Courteous, clean and efficient. The prep work and pictures they requested made this job a snap. I am impressed!

    Very pleased with my two metal buildings (both 24’ x 40’) and the installation job!! I’m impressed with the quality for the money. These are well made buildings and appears they could take the worst of Florida storms. It was easy to order, pay for and they installed my buildings with 3 weeks of sending them the pictures of the foundations. The installation crew was exceptional. They did a great job getting the buildings up in two days (plus a little overtime) and double checked everything to make sure windows, garage and man doors were working properly. They did a very good job at cleaning up (we helped some), but just be aware that there will be handfuls of screws that will drop and it’s difficult to find them all (we found another handful after it rained today). Overall, I highly recommend these buildings.

    The whole experience from ordering - with competent help and advice - to setup was just fantastic. High quality parts, ordered thicker material option, sturdiness, and exceptionally good installation would warrant more than five stars.

    New 18x25x12 RV Carport installed today, August 18th 2023, ordered on August 2nd. Was put up weeks ahead of schedule as they had other jobs in area. Installers were professional, and courteous. Explained everything good. Quick, but efficient. Cleaned up area before they left. I know it's not been up but a few hours, but we are well satisfied. You can't go wrong with Alan's Factory Outlet. Everything from ordering to the installation was smooth and great. I will definitely use them again.

    I placed my order on June 12, 2023, & paid the deposit. I was told 30 to 60 days lead time. It has been 63 days and no one has contacted me. I have called to get a delivery & installation time. Did not get an answer. I was told they would call me back. We will see. I am Very disappointed in this company!
