  We had a big storm the day before the crew was to be here to install a canopy for our motor home. we waited for a phone call that they weren't coming. We got the phone call but only to tell us they would be at our house in about 30 minutes. No let me tell you this, where we wanted the canopy was in the woods. That didn't matter to their driver he backed that trailer and pick up down the muddy road without getting stuck at all. Fantastic how quickly they work They installed a 20 x 35 ft canopy so fast and efficient that I have been telling everyone that if they need one to call your company. Your crews are the best.

  My order was placed on 4/21/23 and was completed on 7/26/23. A professional 4 person team worked diligently over 2 1/2 days, sometimes late into the evening completing my 26X36X14 vertical sided building. I am well pleased with the quality and craftsmanship on this hobby garage. Excellent site preparation is key to your building success. A level square concrete pad made for a very professional installation in my project. Thanks Alans'.

  We absolutely love our metal carport. I it serving as a shade structure for our staff and students on our school campus. It was very easy to order and the company representatives were extremely helpful and accomodating. The onsite construction was very quick. I recommend Alan's Factory Outlet to anyone that looking for quality carports and great prices.

  Great company, excellent prices, they came in on time and put up 2 carports in about 3 hrs. Great job and very easy to work with their employees, accomplished exactly what I asked. The place looks great, thanks for the wonderful job.

  Had a scheduled date to install , July 14, 2023, Carolina Carports changed the date to July 18 2023. Their explanation was the crews were taking longer to install because of the heat. July 18th came and gone no word. Called Carolina Carports July 19 2023 and I was told that they could not get to me until after August 4 2023. My initial order date was 1 May 2023. I canceled my order for full refund. Apparently they over book their crews or do not have enough crews to get the work done. I suggest that Allen's should have more than one company to do their install. Went with another company cost a bit higher by I'll pay for the better service.

  I chose Alan's because a friend had one of their garages built a few years ago and I liked the quality and design. I am not disappointed. My new garage is exactly what I ordered. I love the colors and the build quality is great.
  I can't say enough good things about the crew who assembled the building either. They were courteous and worked really hard to get the building done. When they left the yard was clean and the building was secure.
  Alan's ordering process was easy and thorough. After placing my order, I talked to one of their reps and they answered my questions and made sure their building design and the concrete slab would match up and it did. My garage openings are exactly where they are supposed to be.
  I would definitely order from Alan's again.

  I’m very well pleased with my garage. The men who put it up was very nice and very professional. I would recommend Allen’s factory outlet and Carolina carports to anyone. I have 2 for like 10 yrs and haven’t had any problems.

  So far so good Just waiting for my garage I sent all necessary paperwork, and pics on 1 June 23 and still waiting for it. you all stated 30-60 days and its getting close it been 50 days. I would think that i would hear from Carolina carports giving me an estimate time of arrival even 30 days out would be fine not knowing is the worst I will call them on Monday 17 July to get some feedback.
