  My new carport was installed yesterday. I'm very happy with the finished product and the crew that worked to assemble it. The crew commented on the quality of the material of my kit and they worked hard in the Texas heat to get the job done right. I highly recommend this company. My neighbor plans to order one.

  ''GREAT CREW BUILT THE CARPORT FAST''-- HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL CREW SHOWED UP EARLY 0N FRIDAY JUNE 30TH AT 7 AM. CREW FINISHED THE BUILD BY 10:30 AM, IN THE BAD HEAT. I GAVE THE THE CREW AN EXTRA $200 CASH, FOR THEIR LUNCH AND SUPER MEALS. THE CREW THAT BUILT MY CARPORT WERE PROFESSIONAL, AND I APPRECIATED THEIR SKILLS!   It's been up for about 3 months now and it is everything that wife and I expected. Absolutely love the car port. The crew that set it up was a super bunch also. It started pouring the rain down the minute they got here; I checked the weather and told them it would be out in an hour, and they went for lunch. Came back and I watched them and they were great to almost being comical sometimes. Took about an hour and 45 min. Also have to say the time from order to delivery was outstanding, took 2 1/2 weeks from order to the day they arrived. This was a 20x22 carport.
  Over all "OVER THE HILL" with the carport.
  One thing I wish Alan's offered was caps that would go one the 4 ends of the base rail. But still love it.
  Thanks Alan's for a quality carport at a truely great price.

  I studied and studied the options available to me for a barn, and decided on Alan's Factory Outlet. I am so glad I did! I placed an order, then realized I had miscalculated and didn't have the clearance needed around the structure, so I went back to the drawing board.. I finally came up with plans for two distinct buildings to meet our needs and they will be placed in strategic positions on our property. The folks at Alan's (Suzie, Courtney and Christi) were marvelous and so very helpful in modifying my original order. Everything was done and completed in 2 days, so the order process could continue. I whole-heartedly recommend Alan's Factory Outlet for anyone looking for value and the opportunity to work with genuinely good people!

  They done a Great Job on my Building, they were very good at what they do. They cleaned the area up and checked for Screws on the ground several times…Thank them again for me and thank you for making this a very easy Process...We just Love our Building :)

  I bought a metal shop through Alans Factory Outlet and Carolina Carports was their supplier. Took 4 weeks from date of order to original install date. I received a phone call stating installation would be pushed out 1 day because of bad weather. Next day when the install crew showed up, they tell me they knew nothing about bad weather. They had an issue with their truck. Then the installers tell me they are going to have to charge me an extra $1000 to install my building because they did not know how they were getting the material to the concrete pad. I showed them the drive up from my driveway to the pad, they said they could not make it with a 30' trailer. How was I supposed to know they were showing up with a 30' trailer??? They parked at the top of the hill in my neighborhood, said they were afraid to come down the hill. Next they tell me that they can just drop off the material and I can figure out the installation. If you can drop off the material, what was the original issue coming down the hill? They took off and said sorry, you'll have to reschedule the install and that will be at least 2-4 more weeks. No, I'm not doing that, you screwed up this install with poor communication. I couldn't tell you how many people I had to deal with between Alan's and Carolina, but it was ridiculous. I took the pictures they requested beforehand. If they needed anything else from me, they should have asked. I paid for delivery and installation and now they're trying to nickel and dime me for more money. When I called both companies to discuss this, they both had the mentality of "sucks to be you, you'll have to pay what the installers want". Even their management stated there was nothing they could do. WHAT A JOKE BOTH OF THESE COMPANIES ARE!! DO NOT BOTHER WITH EITHER ONE.

  After shopping around, I couldn't find anyone to beat Alan's prices. I love the virtual design myself. It allows to compare so many styles with prices. It took a few months for delivery but they made that perfectly clear when ordering so it was not a problem since we knew their process. The crew arrived on time from Carolina Carport (installers in my area) and they were very nice & professional. It took them 4 hours in & out. That was them cleaning up & leaving nothing but big smiles & a new shop! Thank U Alan's for the easy process. I can't recommend enough ??
