BBB complaint *************************************** training purchased on July 28, 2023.Amount paid: $479 The business was committed to provide us van ********* training DVDs Coaching the Van ****** 4, Training CourseWe didnt receive the DVDs in a timely manner (2 weeks) so we contacted the company and received this reply:****,Thank you for your inquiry. I apologize for missing your message yesterday, and for the lengthy shipping time of this order. These driver training programs are currently manufactured/produced per order. The order is sent to the production company, then is manufactured and shipped to our location, where we then forward it to the customer. We had placed an order for numerous training programs from the manufacturer several weeks ago and they are all scheduled to arrive at our location within the next few business days. I will make sure your order is expedited ASAP. Any tracking info will be forwarded to you, and will be posted to your order status admin at www.usafleetsupply.com/orderstatus.asp. Thank you for your patience.Thank you for your time,*************** President ******** **** ********************** We did not receive the DVDs yet again later in the fall and emailed, only to get the same reply. No phone number was available on the website to contact customer service. Requests for help through their web contact form (stated preference for contact by business) were not returned. After the first of the year, I checked the delivery status and it was cited Delivered 1/13/2024 however, it was never received. Subsequent emails and contact forms went unanswered. I finally got a phone number from the area chamber of commerce and left multiple messages with no return. I ordered and paid for a CB radio I received an email saying it wasnt in stock I called and emailed them with no response. I would like to at least get a response that was as quick as they cashed my bank card. At this point I would like my money back.Customer Answer

Contacted them by phone on 4-3-2024 to check stock of 6 black wheel center caps, they said they were in stock and would ship right away. I made the purchase on 4-3-2024. Have never received a receipt for the purchase only money missing from my account. Can't get through by phone. They have answered one email on 4-9 saying they purchase from a 3rd party and may be delays. Haven't gotten them to respond to my emails since.Initial Complaint

I ordered 40 Placard Organizer Boxes on 11/17/23 for $160.48. I received an order confirmation by email with order ID *****. I tried calling ************ to inquire on status, but a recorded message sent me back to website. There is a check order status link in the order confirmation email, but it just takes you to a form that you fill out with order ID and email address. I checked the status several times. I got a response email on 12/22/23 from ***************, President ******** **** stating boxes completed production Monday evening and all pending orders are now In Shipping, and any tracking info will be forwarded to me. On 12/23/24 I got a second email that updated status from In Shipping to Shipping with a date of Saturday, January 13, 2024 via ***** Ground. Since then I have checked the status several times and the status has not changed. A tracking number was never provided. I work for ***** Ground and I can track missing packages, but there is no evidence this was ever shipped. I would like to receive product, but after 90 plus days since the order was placed, I doubt it is coming. I would like a response from USA Fleet Supply LLC to resolve the issue and get a refund if nothing else. Based on other reviews, I believe I may have been scammed. On 12/7/2023 i placed an order for qty 30 of a warning decal. I received an order update nearly a month later on 1/3/2024. I have sent 3 emails with no response and every phone call goes unanswered directing me to send an email. I was hoping to get this within a month as the website states. On 10/02/2023 I ordered rubber bumpers Qty 100 total amount ****** used discount of ****** balance char aged ******. received message that they would be shipped out DEC 28th 2023. I tracked two week later and the info a the web cite stated the order had been updated and in shipping status Jan 13th 2024 by fed x. I have called the ************** and emailed them by using the form. Never a response. All i need to know is when are they coming or do i need to have this order cancelled due to a manufacturing issue. I work at a manufacture and we are in need of these. I understand production and drop shipping because i deal with it everyday but what i don't understand it the customer service with this company and the long delay in shipping status.
