I ordered shipping boxes 5/28/23. n the website, it kept showing it was in process of shipping and wouldn't update. I tried calling, emailing, but no response. Finally, I cancelled my order. The next month I saw that my credit card had been charged anyway. $231.18 but they didn't ship the product. I have been in contact with them continually. My emails were responded to by ***************, President of ************** He told me that his credit department showed they refunded us. I have sent several emails telling him that credit never was sent to us. I sent two emails in the last week telling the same and no response. Their phone answering system are non-functional and only allow for leaving messages, of which none are ever returned. I just want my money refunded.Initial Complaint

9/30/23 - order placed for 60 packs of 5ea (300 total) corrugated cardboard pads 10/11/23 - order not received, sent inquiry, was told 2 weeks 10/25/23 - still not received, sent another inquiry, was told order was in transit and tracking would be sent when received from manufacturer 11/2/23 - still no items or tracking, sent inquiry, 5 days before response of same information, in transit will provide tracking, none provided 11/10/23 - received 60 each corrugated cardboard pads versus 60 packs of 5each, sent an inquiry, was told they would contact the manufacturer 11/16/23 - sent inquiry for remaining items or refund, no response 12/13/23 - sent inquiry to refund the missing 240 each 12/14/23 - sent follow up inquiry for refund, was told the remaining items would be canceled/refunded, I replied asking for copy of refund receipt 12/18/23 - sent follow up asking for refund status, was told cancellation occurred 12/14/23 and it would ***********-10 days to refund the funds 12/22/23 - sent inquiry again asking for refund receipt, no response 12/29/23 - sent inquiry asking for status of refund, no response 01/04/23 - sent inquiry asking for status of refund since it was past the **** days, no responseCustomer Answer

Originally purchased some flatbed equipment in October 2023, didnt hear anything or any shipping so I emailed in late November and no response. So I emailed again December 20th and cancelled order. Hello,I made a purchase with *** fleet back on July 3rd of 2023. I received the confirmation email for the order. The order was never shipped. I reached out numerous times to the company. The last update was that the purchased item was in route and that was back in November but I have yet to receive a tracking number. I have reached out two times in the two weeks and have not heard anything back. My credit card was bill back in July of 2023. A total of ******. I would like them to credit my credit card. It is very obvious that they never intend to ship out this item to me. I do have emails to support me reaching out to them and the conversations that has transpire. I placed an order for a UFP vault service kit on 12/6/23. Never received it. Never got any tracking information. Very spotty email only communication. I couldnt continue to get dragged along as I needed to get my trailer wheel bearings repacked. So on 12/15 I ordered it from a different company and asked USA Fleet supply to cancel my order and refund my money. Ive had no luck getting my refund. I received one email response stating Id see the refund in **** business days. We are well past that now and they have not responded to my email inquiry asking where my refund is at. This company appears to be less than a legitimate company and more of an online shill company that is ripping consumers off. I wish I had read the terrible reviews for USA Fleet Supply before I trusted them. Very sad when they appear to just be preying on people.Customer Answer

I placed two separate orders with USAFleetSupply.com. A larger order(44389) on 10/11/23 for a total of $811.71. A smaller order(44831) on 10/27/23 for a total of $266.81. Due to the shipping time frame provided on the website, I emailed support to inquire on the shipping of the first order. They respond with a generic apology and stated that my order would be shipped asap and tracking information would be forwarded to me. I never received any tracking information. From these two orders placed, I only received 1 item(Removable Vinyl Placard Assortment 200 delivered 11/13/23) and 1 incomplete item(186 Haz Manifest of 500 delivered 11/7/23). I purchased 2 sets of 500 hazardous manifest and I received 186. I have emailed support on several occasions to get help or any information on when I could expect to receive the products ordered. After failing to get any real help from emailing, I attempted to reach customer support via phone COUNTLESS times. I have never been able to reach anyone by phone. I never received any real communication from anyone. I finally emailed customer support again and stated that I needed a refund if I would not be receiving my order. Again, no response from this company. I logged into my account to find that the order status had been changed to "order complete" on 11/21/23 and a note that "remainder of order cancelled per customer request"All I wanted was a real person and real responses on what was happening with my order. I have emailed support again to inquire on when I can expect this refund but at this point, I cannot continue to wait for them to decide if they would like to respond or not. I am still in need of these products and need to spend the money elsewhere.Initial Complaint

I ordered hats from USA fleet supply on September 9th 2023. The hats didnt ship in time for me to use. They actually never shipped even when I asked for a partial shipment of what they had in stock. I then cancelled my order with out them sending me confirmation. I asked for a full refund since the order was never shipped. They did cancel the order but have not sent me a refund.
