      CORPORATE NEVER CALL U BACK..I AM HANDICAPPED AND WENT IN 2 GET HELP FROM THE MAN WORKING IN THE PRIVACY BOOTH NEEDLESS 2 SAY HE DIDN'T WANT TO HELP HE SAID THE LINE IS 4 MONEY TRANSACTION I TOLD HIM IM HANDICAPPED CANT STAND IN THAT LINE 4 LONG PERIOD OF TIME HE TOLD ME JUST SIT THERE TILL THE LINE IS GONE ..WAIT WHAT IVE BEEN SITING HERE ALREADY 4 30-40MIN JUST 4 U2 SAY THIS..HE BEGAN TYPING 2 HIS BOSS WHILE I WAS THERE THEN SAID OTHER PPL R HERE 4 TRANSACTION & WE CAN NOT HELP U IN HERE U HAVE 2 STAND IN LINE..DISRESPECTFUL.. I TOLD HIM IVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH ANY OTHER BANKS ETC HELPING ME GET A PAYMENT OF $2000 OVER 2 THE TELLER B4.. I DIDN'T FEEL COMFORTABLE.THIS LOCATION IS IN MONTGOMERY ALABAMA THE HEAVY SET DARK SKINED MAN WITH BEARD NOT THE OTHER GENTALMEN SO SENIORS WITH HANDICAPPED THIS IS NOT THE PERSON OR TREATMENT WE AS GOVERNMENT WIFE OR OTHER LUV ONE SHOULD ENDURE THEN HE SAID IT NAVY FEDERAL POLICY 2 DO ALL TRANSACTION THIS WAY U CAN NOT SIT N THE PRIVACY AREA DOESN'T MATTER IF UR HANDICAPPED SENIORS OR GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS WE CAN NOT HELP U DO THOSE TRANSACTION HERE.. I SPEND A LOT & WHEN I SAY MY FAMILY SPEND A LOT OF MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY EVERYDAY JUST 2B TREATED LIKE TRASH BY THIS MAN N MONTGOMERY ALABAMA LOCATION WAS HURTFUL & DISRESPECTFUL HIS BOSS & HIM NEED 2 FINE A NEW POSITION..IF THIS IS UR POLICY SHAME ON U NAVY FEDERAL OUT OF ALL THE HANDICAPPED VETS & FAMILY THAT COME N THAT DOOR THIS IS UR POLICY 4 ALL LOCATION??? I HAVE YET 2 HEAR FROM HEADQUARTERS ABOUT THIS MAYBE THEY DON'T REALLY CARE HOW THEY CUSTOMER R TREATED UNFORTUNATELY MONTGOMERY ALABAMA BY ZIP 36111 THERE IS ONLY 1 LOCATION THIS GUY & HIS BOSS NEED DEMOTION

      i deposited a check monday morning they said it would be released friday know they are saying monday this sucks i have no food no nothing in a disabled veteran they said they couldent do anything for me i did go to another bank befor this and they said it would be released by friday i wish i went with the other bank they were being rude and were not trying to help me at all

      CHECK, OR AN EFT IF THE DEBITED ACCOUIS A DOLLAR BUT YOUR MONEY MARKET HAS PLENTY OF MONEY OR IF YOU HAVE $ OVER $ 1000,000.00 PLUS IN YOUR CD ACCOUNT OR HAVE A Navy Credit Union credit card that has a limit of $ 14,000.00 credit the will still return the item so they can charge $ 25.00 return and if you complain they will screw with your Credit rating like Lower your actual FICO Score and the age of your and how long your tn the Credit Reporting Agencies accounts BEWARE OF THEIR INCOMPETENCE and fraud just to make them look good.

      Don't use this bank!! I just called and spoke with Jule in advanced digital services and got yelled at because I wanted to speak with a supervisor. She, by far, was the nastiest bank representative I have ever dealt with. Then, when I finally got a supervisor Clark, he basically said he didn't care and I could write a letter. Time to bank somewhere else someplace who values their customers. I wasn't even asking for her supervisor because of her it was because of the bank losing or holding my money from a Zelle I sent. Now I have no access to my fund until they decide I can and they don't care enough to figure out why it is being held there is no fraud alert on it so no reason it should be held for more than 24 hrs

      If I could give 0 stars I would. This business is keeping me from being at home with my family all because they won't release MY MONEY from deposit hold. ITS MY MONEY GIVE IT TO ME!!!!! Back to cash and no more banks......

      Navy Federal Credit Union practices is deceptive, sneaky, and unprofessional. I’m a veteran and a member of navy federal credit union for 10 years. Without a word of warning I received a lawsuit letter in the mail for a credit card that is due. Id like to talk the individual and individuals involved and give them a piece of my mind but they hide behind signatures and work titles. The bottom line they only want your money. If you get behind a debt they will not help you. They’ll raise your apr rate. When you fail to pay because you can’t afford they choose to sue then work out something we’re the interest rate is fair. Don’t get a credit card with Navy Federal and don’t let them raise your limit if you have one. It’s a trap. They’re deceptive in their business practices and act foolish to their behavior.

      I went to the Fayetteville branch in GA on 6/12/23 deposit a check, funds were available to me on 6/14/23. Money was in my account most of the day. Made payments on a couple of things that morning around 9 am at 5:05 pm I get an email saying there has been a delay on my check. Security team put a hold on my money therefore put my account negative 1,300 since my account went negative NFCU took my 500 dollars to cover the negative balance now negative around 800 dollars now got paid 6/16/23 they took that. Been a member since I was 13 years old I'm now 46. They are saying once the money hits my account on 6/20/23. I will have to transfer 500 dollars to my overdraft account to pay it off. I shouldn't have to pay this for the security team taking the money in the first place at 5:05 in the evening. Not even going to get My paycheck neither because the are saying I made the transaction it my doing. One person from the call center even to use my credit card in the mean time. Really! I think once I get my money on 6/20/23 taking my business somewhere else the way I was talked to and NFCU saying it was my fault more or less. I would plead anyone from banking with Navy Federal Credit Union. This has never happened to me before in the whole 33 years with banking with NFCU but after this sour taste in my mouth.

      I would like to say that I believe that financial institution have systematic racists qualities in the way they conduct business with clients and customers of color. The blatant unprofessionalism in some branches towards customers of color is evident. Especially by some of their Caucasian employees. Like people of color aren't allowed to have large sums of money????? NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION folks

      This company doesn't even deserve 1 star.

      If you are scammed by a company (Frontier Airlines), and there is proof that Frontier Airlines took your money for tricking their passengers and no services rendered, turning to NFCU (by the Attorney Generals office, no less) is a waste of time. They will not help you get your money back. ALSO, because this credit union favors the veteran and not the spouse (non vet), the veteran is allowed to close an account without the spouses consent.
      Stay FAR away from this CU!!

      I would give zero stars if I could, our adjustable rate mortgage, 3/5 arm, was at is 3 year mark the paperwork they sent out showed when it would be done by and how much it would go up, we managed to pay it down considerably by 30 days before the date stated on the paper. They would not go by the lower amount and stated that everything had to be done 45 days prior to be eligible. I have called and messaged and NO ONE from the mortgage dept will speak to me, I keep getting customer service who know nothing. I am beyond angry and if I could find someplace with as low a rate as this, I would be switching immediately, but they know they are the lowest so instead they just screw you over!
