  Scam .. needed a gutter cleaning & all I got were endless solicitations from Leaf Filter .. twice each day .. morning ,& night each from different numbers so I couldn't stop them stalking my phone .. stop the spam calls & open a phone book

  Total scam - they connect with unlicensed "professionals" who dont show and you have to legit way to contact them - just temporary numbers. Their guarantee is worthless - this is a giant scam

  I wish I would of checked the BBB before signing up. Like many of the reviews before, here is another one. Unethical sales people. Telling you if you don't get a job within 10 days your **** guarantee will refund your membership of $287. Of course they forget to tell you of all the other requirements you have to meet in order to receive your money. AWFUL company, making money off of hard working folks.

  **** list which is now **** leads, home advisor or whatever they call themselves . They have took over 2,000$ out of my account . I have a business and they only got me (1) job, the rest of the jobs wasnt what I told them I do. I am a demolishing contractor . They sent me jobs to remove furniture and trash . I demolish homes and grade lots. They charge for every job you look at that they send you! $2,000 worth of bs!! This company is definitely a SCAM

  This place won't stop bothering you. They themselves are worthless. If you need help finding a contractor look away from them. Find one yourself. If English is your language then That's strike 2and3. Should be called Angilicahu la baba listo of crapita. All I got to say.

  The customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. Their contractor left the door sitting in ************ without a connection to the doorway leaving us in a precarious situation where the door can fall on us or anyone could come to the door and push it in. The customer service team tells me every time I call that they are 'escalating' the case but it has been days and nothing has happened.

  Worst service ever. Have scheduled an assembly for a wheelchair and that happens is I get an email stating the service is rescheduled. They have been paid already. When I call Angies list they refuse to do anything at all. I was transferred multiple times to only get one excuse after another. Yet they have the money and still have no service. I talked to a lady named ********* on the phone only to get the run around. I would not recommend using this company for anything. They get 0 stars for the no service they provided.

  Had a new exhaust fan installed in my bathroom.It was too small for the cubic feet of my bathroom,and it was not properly installed.The vent hose was stuck under the ceiling insulation and didnt vent to no where,Also they charged me a total of $569.98. I contacted them about the problem and the person I spoke to said there was nothing they could do.I dont believe this is anyway to service elder people.I also have a case #********.Please let me know if there is any path for recourse.

  Run, do not walk away from Angie's List I needed some work done at my house - handyman work that turned into a roofing job.I decided to accept "*****'s handyman" thinking (very falsely) that he would be vetted somehow.After he tried to extort extra money from me I now find that the subcontractor that actually did the work has not been paid (several thousand $$) by *****'s handyman (after several months). Now lawsuits are being filed and the subcontractor says he has no choice but to put a lien on my house.There are at least SOME thieves on Angie's List - I hope there are honest contractors too, but I won't hang around to find out.

  HI, THIS COMPANY HOME ADVISOR OR ****'S LIST SAME THING, CALL ME AND HARASS ME TO JOIN THEM FOR MONTHS, AND FINNALLY I JOIN THEM, THEN THEY TOLD ME THAT INITIAL DEPOSIT WAS AROUND $250 OR $ 280 THEN LEADS WILL BE AROUND $29 UP TO $ 130 (IF I GET A JOB) SO I GOT ABOUT 10 LEADS BUT THE CUSTOMERS ARE WERE SO CHEAP, SO I NEVER GOT ONE JOB FROM IT, SO I DECIDE IT TO CANCELL IT , AND THEN THEY BILL ME FOR ABOUT $780 WHICH IS RIDICULOUS AND I WANT EVERY ONE KNOWS NOT TO JOIN THIS FRAUDULENT BUSINESS, I'M VERY ANGRY ABOUT THIS COMPANIES THAT ARE EXPERT SCAMERS AND ROB PEOPLE AND THEY PUT MY COMPANY IN COLLECTION LIKE I WAS THE ****** PLEASE CHECK REVEWS AND PUT AN STOP TO THIS CRIMINALS.
