  This company was hired to install fans at one of my rental home. We went to lows purchase the fans and they hired ****'s list to have a person install the fans. They were unable to install all three fans but changed us for the three fan installation. We called and told them about the mistake and after waiting on the phone for hours, a none English speaking person said that they may send a check in 3 to 5 weeks.I feel that if we have to pay first for someone to do a job it should be completed and if the job is not completed we should have to wait to get reimbursed. I will be telling anyone and everyone to never use lows or ****'s list!!!

  I registered my cleaning business free at Angies list , they called me right away and telling me to make an agreement of $400 a month for ****************************************** customers of ***** , end of one week all I got is scamming phone calls , not a single client and week later when I called to cancel the agreement they threatened me to make me pay the 35 percent cancellation fee , when I googled online I saw many business owner my situation , they were all Complaining the same thing ! I want to warn others

  They are big scams they offer you fake customers and also charge you for every lead that they send to lot of contractors at the same time when you call them and and try to cancel the account they say they have it done until you see they keep stealing the money from your account no serious business for contractor or costumers .

  Angie's List scams professionals out of money. They promise to provide jobs from interested individuals by signing up with them. Instead, a person fills out a form with ***** because they are curious about home improvement costs. This person gives a fake phone number and a bad address since they are only curious and aren't planning on anything yet. A professional is then charged for this "lead" without the information being verified. ***** refuses to return the money they stole. Scam complete.

  ***** List literally robbed me for services they did not perform. I paid $320 for installation of a dining room set purchased from Wayfair. I certainly never received any service and was told by ***** via email, that it will take 30 days to refund my money. Keep in mind this was thanksgiving of 2023. It is now February of **** and still no refund.

  Basically the next day after forming my LLC, they call me and give me a spiel about how they'll put me in contact with clients then charge me after there's mutual correspondence. each lead being between 12 and *********************************************************************************** not only 55 dollars each time, but also for EVERY lead people were posting in the area, regardless if I had seen it or not. cost me more than 3k in the first month and put me out of business. I called them about it and they hung up on me. I tried to dispute the charges with my banks and they said that I couldn't. I tried to report it as fraud and it was denied. I had to sell most my stuff and move back north.

  Went to sign up with them told me ****** down once approved not only did they take ******* next day on my credit card I'm still not approved 7 days later and still trying to get the ******* back

  Title: Beware of Scams! Absolute Rip-off - A Nightmare Experience ??I wish I could give this company zero stars because that's exactly what they deserve. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare.I fell victim to their so-called lead generation services, and it's painfully evident that they are running a scam. First and foremost, the leads they provided were nonexistent - wrong addresses, disconnected phone numbers, and lead that seemingly never existed. It's like they plucked information out of thin air and charged me an exorbitant amount for it.Not only did I waste a significant sum of money on their services, but the time and effort spent trying to contact these leads proved to be utterly fruitless. It's infuriating to think that a company would exploit business owners in such a deceitful manner.Their customer service is equally appalling. When I reached out to express my concerns and demand a refund, ,no accountability, just sheer disregard for their customers. They say read the agreement you sign but I did know it was going to be legal robbery. If you value your hard-earned money and sanity, stay far away from this company. Don't be fooled by their flashy promises and slick sales tactics; it's all smoke and mirrors designed to separate you from your money. Save yourself the headache and find a legitimate service that actually delivers what they promise. This company is nothing but a scam artist preying on unsuspecting business owners.   Yesterday I was looking online for a housekeeper. I never even went on this website. I placed my information into another, but never went through with the inquiry. Not only did I receive an email, but have gotten 4 phone messages. I am not sure what search engine is being used for this company, but they have most definitely gone beyond privacy laws. I had to block their phone messages and this after asking them to take me off their subscription list (that I did not go to in the first place!)
