      On June 11, 2024 I went into fas mart store number 24. I was attempting to buy Vuse Alto 2.4% nicotine classic tobacco vape refills. Before walking into the store, there was a sign on the door that says when you buy two packs you save $10. It does not aforemention Having to have a rewards card in order to get the deal. My plan was to buy four packs to save $20 altogether. The Assistant manager by the name of ****** (Whom I later asked her position and name) rang them up, but the price ended up being approximately $98 and something. I said well that doesnt sound correct, Lets just try to ring up to a time to see if it gives me the discount and Ill do two separate transactions. She takes them all, I Watch her re-ring them in at 28 something apiece When the sign said they were approximately $25.56 apiece. I explain to her that is false advertisement that she is supposed to give me what the posted price on the sign is not what She was ringing it in for. She began to get furious with me. I then asked her if she was a manager. She was very rude and abrupt to me and said in fact, I am the assistant manager. I said well is there somebody above you because that isnt correct. She was talking on the phone at the same time while working with me as a customer. She said yeah, my manager is here and you can speak to him, but hes going to tell you the same thing. We dont go by The price on the sign. As she was walking away, she called me a f****** b**** She got the manager and come back with the gentleman that I dont remember his name. However, it should certainly be on film yesterday, July 11, 2024 Between 830 and 8:55 AM. The gentleman come over and basically she was being rude about the entire situation and said to him Im trying to tell her that we dont do that and that will not be allowed, but she is asking for a manager. She would not allow me to talk. He tried to resolve the situation, but there was no resolution as he was not providing the proper *****************

      Within a last few days, the firewood case was moved onto the handicap walkway with a trash can blocking the other one. I spoke with one associate, ******************, about the issue and they said "That is where the planogram said it should be."

      I went into Valero on hwy 16 in ******. The tall man who didnt have a name badge or wouldnt tell me his name, carded me for lottery tickets I told him I have to walk back out and get it, which I was fine with, he didnt respond so I stood there for a minute to tell him Ill be right back, he had his earbuds in and wasnt listening. I got my id and came back in and he stared me down and said back again bitch? And got mad that I needed to add gas to my purchase. This isnt the first time I had issues with him, every time I go in the store he has an attitude or completely ignoring the customers standing in front of him.

      On or about 1/21/24, we were out of propane that is used for cooking and heating.Because I am disabled and did not receive any amount form the *** at that time, I was able to pay three payments and inform ******* that we need a deliver of 100 gallons only, equivalent to what I have paid on 1/23/24 ($380)I have contacted ******************** crisis department and was informed to complete the application and they will send ******* to fill the tank of propane, provided that the reading on the meter is less than 20%.******* came to our house on 1/29/24 and filled up the tank without anyone's permission, did not calculate what I have paid, added an amount of $439.59 on my account as a previous balance (which is incorrect), and generated two invoices dated the same that have different amounts. I have called ******* four times, every time I was told that the manager is looking into this and they will get back with me.Now, I am in debit for a large amount, lost the right to have the county help me, and have been taken advantage of as as I am disabled.I have attached the two invoices showing different amounts I have attached the payment history showing that I paid $380 prior to order a delivery of 100 gallon only I have attached the email from **************** at Stafford County with instructions for me to follow.

      I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. Selling their business and leave current customers in a state of debit is no acceptable, unethical, unjust, and wrong.

      However, I would like to state for the record that the company's representative contact me and agreed to take back the amount of propane that I did not authorized to be delivered.

      Hours are not being updated and no instant access to funds. They advertise for instant access but that isn't the case. A horrible business and customer service doesn't exist, they're rude and not willing to help.

      I came to the mini mart on ******** loop at 9:30pm and the doors was lock , and i thought the store closed at 10.

      ******* refuses to pick up their empty tank. We have been told of 5 different dates they were set to come out, twice they came and said they'd be back and never showed. This has been over 6 months of trying, and ******* has even threatened tank rental fees if we do not buy propane from them.

      ******* Petrolium has been providing us with propane for at least 10 years. On or about 6 November I requested a fill up for our propane tank requesting that the delivery not be made with full truck to miinimize damage to our driveway pavers. The receptionist replied that she already had that note in her records and would make arrangements for the delivery. Several weeks went by with no delivery so I called to find out why. The answer was that the hose was not long enogh because I had requested that the driver not back down our driveway (WRONG). Again no delivery was made. The response was that the driveway was blocked-NOT TRUE! I was home all day and saw no attempt to deliver. I again asked for delivery-none has been made as of this date.

      Every time I am in this store whether I am visiting or buying something, a supposed employee who is never here, is threatening to shoot people, sexually assaulting other employees, spreading false rumors under the pretense that they are being sexually assaulted by other employees, and never works their scheduled shift, and if threatened to be fired, claims they will *** because they are transgender, I am absolutely disgusted with the way this company is handling this situation, as a customer I never want to walk into this ********************** and feel my friends or families lifes are in danger or that they could possibly have legal action taken against them due to this transgender person hiding under their supposed rights to not be terminated. The store number is **** and if action is not taken by the company then I will pur*** legal action.
