They fired me for having my kids in the store when auditors where there when I was trying to find a different sitter and then fired me 3.5 weeks later and said I got fired for misconduct thats a lie. So something needs to be done to this company.Business Response

I got gas at the *************** location in ******** **** and paid at the pump. I was not aware of any signage that pointed out that they would pre-athourizing any amount of money. I was charged 84 dollars which put my account in negative. My bank has no choice but to charge me an insufficient fund fee. I only got 15 dollars worth of gas. I only had 30 dollars in my account. So even when they return the money it will be to late and I won't have any money. And I will actually be negative. I called customer service and I called the location I went to as per instructed. Then I called my bank as per instructed and the company was not professional or concerned at all. My bank is not able to do anything unless the company gives them a release code. They are not handling this with any degree of customer service or professionalism. I need a refund for the full amount of ***** and the 45 dollar insufficient fund fee.Initial Complaint

I went into ********* **** at *********************************************************************** which is owned by GPM Investments. They have a promotion Little ******** Cakes 2/$4. I went and checked out and they charged me $4.50. I brought it up to the cashier and he said that's the price nothing he can do. Come back later. Manager eavesdropping on previous conversation between my husband and myself outside business. Today she jumped (began saying things) me when I went to purchase coffee, shook her breast at me *** sexual manner while sticking her middle finger up at me. I consider this abuse and sexual harassment. Also allowing an employee to prepare and serve hot food with no hair net, no gloves and hair not pulled back.Business Response

I have have not been credited with the payment I made for the tank rental that i am billed for every year from *******. This incident started in May of this year when I received a past due notice about the $125 that I paid in full on 5/15/23. I contacted the company and ***** said I was "good". Then I received another notice with a late fee on dated 6/14/23 did not do anything based on my previous call. I received another statement dated 6/15/23 called again and ****** told me they would look into it and call me back, nothing was resolved. I got another statement dated 6/30/23, called and spoke with ******* and told her the story, she asked me what address and what check number I gave her the info and she was going to get with accounts receivables. I did not hear anything back called again and spoke with **** and he said there was nothing he could do but I could e-mail the customer service center and provide documentation. i went to my credit union and got my statement and provided them with the check number AGAIN and they say they cannot find the payment. My account showed the $125 taken from my account in the EXACT manner that it was sent in 2022 (4/19/22 to be exact). I need help, I do not want to pay again and I do not want another propane company to install another tank @ my cost and time.Customer Answer

The District Manager made several attempts to reach out to ****************** so that he could research the situation, but with no answer. After reviewing the schedules and the cameras that he could view the District Manager, only found three days that she did not clock in or out. Today 6/1/2023 he submitted the manual timecards for the missed days that he found, which are 5-12,5-13,5-14 for a total of ***** hours.

I fueled up while on a trip using Road Ranger 1/21/23. A $175 pre-authorization was immediately sent to my bank account. $175 is excessive, and tying up my funds which is not set to expire until 1/26/23. However, the actual charge has cleared my account for $60.50 1/24. I contacted the company who's representative was extremely rude and actually hung up on me after blaming it on the bank (which is false, this is Road Ranger's policy) and refused to work toward a solution although I was being very diplomatic and cooperative. I would like the $175 pre-auth removed from my account and for them to change their pre-auth amount to a more reasonable amount that would fall off immediately after the transaction has been completed. In addition, I would like them to train their employees in good customer service procedures, and provide educational materials regarding this issue with ways to troubleshoot/solve the problem in a timely manner.Customer Answer

This company has put my family's health and safety at risk. The house that we rent uses Petroleum in order to heat water, use my oven, and have warmth. ******* Petroleum has refused to acknowledge my family's safety by grossly mismanaging their business to meet Service Level Agreements. 01/19/23 I paid over $500 for service and currently still not received gas. I am without heat during freezing temperatures at night. I cannot use my shower to bathe in fear of becoming ill. ******* Petroleum does not consider this circumstance to be an emergency regardless if you have children in the home or not. The customer service impolitely informed me that the only safety issue that they consider is a possible leak, which consequently they charge you over $200 for one of their representatives to come out and check it for you. If there isn't a leak then you are still billed. Ironically, they do offer same day service for inspecting your fuel system, but not for fueling your home. That appears to be a questionable business tactic. This company is grossly mismanaged at all levels. The customer service department is highly unprofessional and useless unless they are taking your money without delivering on the paid service. I spoke with a customer service representative informing her of my situation with my gas being fully depleted and that this was an emergency because I have a newborn and two other children in the home to which she then laughed responded unprofessionally that my situation is not an emergency according to the company. To make matters worst, the customer service then interrupted me to speak with her child "*******", unmuted by the way and proceeded to disregard me. Further more, the customer service representative then rudely argued with me that I was not out of gas. It is true, my tank was serviced two weeks prior however she ***************** the service ticket to see the amount that was actually filled. She only assume it was filled because she read I have a **** gl tank.Customer Answer

On 1/5/23, we called to let ******* know we were nearing the 15% level for our propane. They let us know that it would take 3-5 business day to deliver propane. We called Monday to let them know that we dropped to 10% and to get an ETA. They told us they expected Thursday, bc they moved people who had less propane to higher priority, but they would move us higher up as well. We called every day for a status. On Wednesday 1/11, we called to let them know that we were out. They told us they would have dispatch contact us, and no one reached out. I called the morning of 1/12 and asked for a status, bc our house is cold and we are out of propane. They told us they would call back. They didnt. I called, and the person I spoke with said that we would not have propane delivered until next week. This is unacceptable. We have 5 children and 2 adults who will be without heat and this company cant even provide an accurate timeline, nor can they have anyone in management get in touch with us to resolve this issue.Business Response
