      Scammed by a large hotel in ******. Capital one does absolutely NOTHING to help me. Claiming the look into the cases. They clearly see the merchant does not respond to me at all but are quick to respond to capital one. Capital one does not protect its users at all. Appealing treatment and employees at capital one just brush it over. So much for being a venture x owner and it meaning anything.

      Capital One is terrible with their communication. You cannot simply email them your comment and be done with it they make you call and then if you're lucky, you might get someone that lives in the side of the world. I will no longer deal with ****** English speaking employees. I do not blame those employees for this let me make that clear. This is a multi-billion dollar company the pinches pennies. Other than that I've had two credit cards with them they were just a $300 limit once which I have paid off every time in the last year which was usually 300 bucks plus a few bucks that they charge interest. If paying things off every time doesn't work you accredited increase and I'm speaking a couple hundred bucks that anything astronomical why would I do it I would have to be crazy to do do that and take the money out of my pocket. I've had it with greedy credit card companies and every one of them are, but enough is enough. I hope they have the brains to read these things at a rapid pace because it is May 4th and I'm giving them to mean 9th to up my credit line and lower their interest rate which at one time would be called usury. I've had it. There is no reward center for paying on time. 14 years into my retirement the *** sent me a letter saying they overpaid me by a quarter million dollars. Because of this ridiculous move by the government I've had to declare bankruptcy. And I've been paying for it ever since. Nothing is taken into account there are no mitigating circumstances so if there's no reward center why would I leave myself with no money in my pocket just to keep their bill paid no incentive no incentive means I really don't need the card.I wouldn't blame anyone who defaults it on their cards after what I've been through. I'm in a unique position though they can't touch my money. But when you constantly pay on time and completely, what's in it for you? What's in your wallet? I'll tell you what's in mine, not a thing. I'm done they can whistle for it

      New kohls/capital one cc is a horror. 45 minutes wasted trying to connect Kohls card with cc. Finally wanted me to send picture of ID and photo of myself through an email address they could not use to verify me in the first place. The new cc has Caledonia instead of ****** for a city. All my ID is Racine. ********************** did not copy my information from the old cc so it does not match with my cell phone, ID, etc. I was also informed that physically going into the Kohls store was not an option for verification. This means I cannot access any purchase information and I could not pay any balance. Horrible system. Telephone help was calm while I was not but still, bottom line, could not help in the end. Their stance is they could help only if I used an email to send pictures of myself and ID but they could not verify me with it. It is the email they have on file. This feels like such a scam.

      Capital One is a farce they are not a company based out of the United States all customer service is handled outside the country extremely unhelpful and if I can have any other credit card I would. Don't get a Capital One card they're just like everybody else High interest rates and horrible customer service!

      This company is ripping people off how do you make double what you owe every month -2 one day make a double payment every month then they say the next day you are - $3 this credit card company should be shut down they are taking people for a ride I dont even use the card havent in a year I will not even give them 1 star they need to be investigated.

      They freeze your card, so you call their fraud department. You tell them exactly what happened to caused the suspicious activity, and verify all the other charges. But they don't care that it's your only card, your only means of getting by, so they cancel it even after pleading with them not to. F*ck this company.

      Today I deposited a check from a 100 year old bank. I received an email from Capital One saying That after an in-depth investigation they fear that the check will not be paid . They are placing a longer hold on the funds due to this and I was instructed to call them about the check . I called the number in the email and got this person that was not a very good English speaking person and I could not understand a word he said. I finally asked him where he was located at and he told me **********. I had to go through 5 minutes of security and verifying who I was, which is good I will say, but they have in writing all on their website that as long as you are in the ** , but I make a call inquiring about a deposit and I get someone from **********. And they wonder how ************ accounts get hacked all the time. Can they not employ American people to handle accounts here in the ** ?? Shame on you Capital One. I have been with them for over 20 years but makes me want to change to a bank that only does business in my state.

      Set up a new account then 2 days later get a email saying account was being closed due to unusual account activity. Had ********************** deposit set up and now cant access my account to cancel the ********************** deposit. Asked for a supervisor and never got connected with one. They dont know what is going on with my account.

      Cars are financed much higher than actual market value, interest rates greatly exceed other finance groups and banks. Extremely poor customer service.

      The service with capital one is horrible, I called for help with my account and the guy was very rude. Asked to speak with manager and this guy had ice machine in background going off. Was awful to me when speaking and did nothing I asked. They overcharged my account multiple times and wouldnt fix it. Then I changed my payment information and called and gave them the new info they still took it out of my old saving account so it overdrew me then they shut down both cards I had with credit one after I paid the 1500 dollar payment. This is the worst credit card company anyone could possibly get. This is the worst experience *** had with any company. I cant believe the way I was treated on the phone multiple times I called and nobody will listen to you there awful. I have 4 credit cards and this one is by far the worst in the 30 years Ive had credit. Dont spend your hard earned money with these people. I promise its a scam from day 1
