Looks like I am ANOTHER customer that thinks this company is VERY DISHONEST!! I called specifically to get statement balance. I stated i wanted all fees included. I PD that amount to only receive a bill for $15.30. I called and they said it was interest fees When I explains about my previous phone call they said there was nothing they can do for me and did absolutely nothing for!! They are also based out of a foreign country and you cant even understand them. Do yourself a favor read the reviews and do not get a card from this company.

Closed my accounts without warning because I pay them off every months and they cant make money on the interest. Failed to notify me by mail of the reason as required by law. **************** representatives are a joke they barely speak English and have zero authority to fix even the simplest issues.

I am so ****** at this company, I purchased an online business that I saw on FB and yes I should have done my research before starting the business called AI Revolution but in short it turned out to be a scam as far as I am concerned it never let you get to the point of setting up your account the program just kept making you watch another then another video asking for more money. I got several welcome emails from them but when I ask for my money back no one responed to my emails ( SCAM ) so when I called Capital One to file a complaint the lady I talked to I was very clear as to what took place so they credited my acoount the money I paid and if they being Capital One had someone with a brain to do the proper research they would have found I was right in saying the program was a SCAM then about a month later they sided with scammer instead of me and said the money the credited me would be on my next bill.......what the f*** I should have been refunded by the company that scammed me anyway so now I have to pay that money I lost back to Capital One so I decided to never use my Capital One card again and when the account is paid in full the card will get cut up I have never missed a payment and have always paid more than the minimum payment and always paid before the due date I have a Discover card with a $10,000 limit anyway so really that's all I need I will no longer use my Capital On card and goodbye to them

Capital One is disappointing. Choose Amex Platinum or any other creditor that values your business. Sadly, Capital One was my first credit card more than 22 years ago. Most recently, they refused to waive a minor $5.11 after I paid off my account in full. They have minimal perks and do not serve me well. Stay clear of Capital One.

I had fraudulent activity done on my debit card. Not only did they my account without notice, they STOLE OVER $700 FROM ME while i was in the hospital AND REFUSE TO RETURN THEM BACK TO ACCOUNT. I PAY ALL MY BILLS FROM THIS ACCOUNT AND ON TIME. In hopes itll help build my credit but thats all SCAM AND SCHEME. SO PLEASE BEWARE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK, THEY ARE THIEVES!I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND VERY HURT!

Capital one sets ***** deposit limits well under any other bank. When trying to cash a check for 10k they advised me they cannot raise limit and i would have to drive to branch over an hour away or mail it in like its the 1900s. So essentially if you have money do not use this bank unless you want to do every transaction in person or mail in checks. Any other local bank has limits of 20k or more per day for ***** deposits. When advised i need the limit raised due to paychecks being more the 5k i was instructed there is nothing they can do.

I have been a part of the Capital One company for years. In 2022, I encountered a life-altering ordeal when both of my parents came with 100% disabilities. I left my family to uproot and care for my parents as an alternative to an adult home. I cared for my parents in one location for 2 years straight, fighting endlessly, all the while communicating with Capital One, pleading for a hardship. Capital One told me that they couldn't do anything about my circumstances, and that I would have to come up with the payments regardless. Ultimately, Capital One restricted my account after I paid almost double my $300 credit limit. I wouldn't wish this on anyone. Thank you for allowing me to express myself on the BBB platform.

Acct 1652 was closed and I paid it off completely. I opened acct 2947 with MY OWN MONEY, not Capital One's, to establish a limit of $450.00 After being $7.00 over the limit (although making regular payments each month); Capital One closes the account, and now APOLOGIZES TO ME, when trying to open a new account with bonus features? You really ARE POMPOUS AND ARROGANT, Capital One! I'm twice as responsible with my spending as any of your managers, yet you look at my income, and restrict me, even when I'VE BEEN USING MY OWN MONEY!! You are God Blessed Arrogant, unbelievable!!!

Scammed by a large hotel in ******. Capital one does absolutely NOTHING to help me. Claiming the look into the cases. They clearly see the merchant does not respond to me at all but are quick to respond to capital one. Capital one does not protect its users at all. Appealing treatment and employees at capital one just brush it over. So much for being a venture x owner and it meaning anything.

Capital One is terrible with their communication. You cannot simply email them your comment and be done with it they make you call and then if you're lucky, you might get someone that lives in the side of the world. I will no longer deal with ****** English speaking employees. I do not blame those employees for this let me make that clear. This is a multi-billion dollar company the pinches pennies. Other than that I've had two credit cards with them they were just a $300 limit once which I have paid off every time in the last year which was usually 300 bucks plus a few bucks that they charge interest. If paying things off every time doesn't work you accredited increase and I'm speaking a couple hundred bucks that anything astronomical why would I do it I would have to be crazy to do do that and take the money out of my pocket. I've had it with greedy credit card companies and every one of them are, but enough is enough. I hope they have the brains to read these things at a rapid pace because it is May 4th and I'm giving them to mean 9th to up my credit line and lower their interest rate which at one time would be called usury. I've had it. There is no reward center for paying on time. 14 years into my retirement the *** sent me a letter saying they overpaid me by a quarter million dollars. Because of this ridiculous move by the government I've had to declare bankruptcy. And I've been paying for it ever since. Nothing is taken into account there are no mitigating circumstances so if there's no reward center why would I leave myself with no money in my pocket just to keep their bill paid no incentive no incentive means I really don't need the card.I wouldn't blame anyone who defaults it on their cards after what I've been through. I'm in a unique position though they can't touch my money. But when you constantly pay on time and completely, what's in it for you? What's in your wallet? I'll tell you what's in mine, not a thing. I'm done they can whistle for it
