      The billing system is absolute trash. I set up autopay before I even moved into my apartment in October of 2022 and Dominion hasn't deducted any payments from my account since then. I've talked to like 7 representatives in the last 6 months and none of them can figure it out and they all tell me different things. Dominion's automated system keeps emailing me saying random amounts are due. Even the phone answering system says different amounts. Sometimes they go up sometimes they go down. Sometimes I get 3 different amounts emailed to me within 1 minute. And the representatives tell me this massive company with thousands of employees can't send an itemized bill detailing each months bill. The reps won't let me talk to someone who can figure this out. I wait on hold for over and hour to get no where.

      Politically corrupt company with ************* practices. Routinely provides shoddy connection services that flicker during mild rainstorms in densely populated areas and refuses to strengthen existing infrastructure. A year or so back was a "top 5 winter storm" that left ours and multiple other neighborhoods around the NOVA/DMV region without power for weeks while they detracted from public concerns about the fragility of their grid with social media posts hailing the lineworkers and the dangers they were facing, to deflect the attention away from their ineptitude and greed.They recently (3-4 months ago) changed the required log-in processes in order to pay their (inflated) bills and proceeded to have technical issues for months regarding it with no serviceable workaround, racking up hundreds in late fees and unpayable bills for me and other people in our apartment complex until someone stumbled upon the realization it was fixed, because they never made the resolution of the problem known.If there were any other options available in the ********* would have gladly made the switch years ago- even if it would have cost a little extra. Which I doubt it would, because they have a monopoly on multiple states with no reason to keep competitive pricing.

      Would rate 0 stars if I could. It *sprinkled* rain here for 13 minutes and my power has been out for 3 hours. Never had issues like this before at any other residence in ant other state. Disgraceful and disgusting.

      Third time this month with no power. For the 16 years that *** lived in ***********, **, we lose power every time theres a storm. What an incompetent company with horrible customer service. Completely unacceptable. Any other business would go out of business but when theres no competition, why should you care.

      I have called numerous times to get a billing error corrected and I cannot talk to anyone other than customer service. They will transfer you to supposed **** but I was on hold over 1 hr. Was transferred to a supervisor and she put me back into the * to wait to talk to a supervisor when I was originally talking to one. They literally don't care about their customers. They *** to care and do everything they could to help you. The customer service rep told me he cannot sent an email or call to the **** I needed to get this fixed. It's pretty bad when ****s don't talk to each other. This will be over a month trying to get this taken care of. I really wish they cared for their customers.

      I paid a $260.00 deposit for electric service for an apartment I moved into last year and moved out May 1st this year and requested they stop service on May 2nd. I still have not received my deposit back. I have called them several times and spoke to 3 different supervisors and got different excuses each time. On 6/16/23 The 1st one said they had to submit a ticket to have the payment sent out and if I didn't receive it in 30 days call back. I called back on 7/17/23 and was told the payment was never sent out and they have to issue a new check. I called today 7/25/23 and was told the check was mailed on the 19th of June and they have to trace the check before they can mail me a new one and to call back in 3 or 4 days to check the status of it. What is going on here?

      Abusive deposit and they sell cross sell you when you sign up. My power bill has been about 40$/month, but they required a ~$400 deposit. Also when I signed up, they transferred me to another company after they were done to try and get me to sign up for a bunch of offers. Just a down right abusive company.

      Since Dominion Power upgraded their system, I haven't been able to access my account to make the payments. Whenever I try to log in it introduces me with a link as part of their improved security. After clicking the link and providing my information, it says that the info does not match their records. I have called several time to straighten up this issue and their customer service is horrible to say the least! From being placed on hold indefinitely, to hanging up while I was communicating explaining the problem, to straight up lying saying I had not filed any formal complaints when I had filed a complaint with a supervisor to investigate the matter! They say they will call you back, but they NEVER will, because they know that if you don't pay then you'll get extra fees on top of what you already owe so they don't even bother to provide the means for you to be able to pay the bill! After talking to a second supervisor, she place me on hold, currently waiting for over an hour... ON HOLD!!! One star???! This company needs to be placed out of business once and for all! Let them come and beg at my door for my payments, just like I'm wasting time to actually make those payments!!! Inhuman!!!

      This company is horrible. I am paying for something I cannot use. Every time there is bad weather the power goes out and sometimes it is days before the power comes back on. Why are the adding more to the bill if this company cannot keep the power on? All linemen need to be fired and linemen that know what they are doing need to be hired. This company is the absolute worst thing ever.
