      I work for an apartment community in the west end of ******** and we've been having issues with our RTO (revert to owner) agreement not pushing electricity back into the name of the ownership. That being said, I've had to call just about weekly on multiple occasions to have the service cut back on into the company's name due to system changes with ***. I've now had the pleasure of working with ******************* twice to have services cut back on and she has been an absolute pleasure to speak with. Our conversation today, I'm sure she could hear my stress through the phone and her simply asking how my day was and recognizing that we had previously spoken changed the entire trajectory of our conversation. She is truly an asset for Dominion and an absolutely delight to speak with. I hope my future calls are routed to her! Thank you for your kindness and patience, as I know you all are probably dealing with as much crazy as we are!

      Dominion Energys customer service is so poor! People on the phone I talk with are courteous, but Ive been calling to fix a technical glitch with their system that will not allow me to access my account since their upgrade in April/May 2023, and have gotten nowhere in the past month. They said they opened a ticket for three weeks ago, have heard nothing back. This is a major issue as I cannot access or pay my bills online, and they prefer we have clean energy by going paperless but they need to back that up with responsive customer service. Otherwise my service has not been an issue since I became a customer in 2020.

      This is an illegal monopoly that should not be allowed to continue.Virginia has the sixth highest energy bills in the nation!Can't even keep the power on!

      The amount of time for power restoration is horrible. Power went out at 2pm with a restoration time of 6-8pm. Now, at 8:31pm I'm told there is no restoration time. The other side of the street has power, my side does not. The only time Dominion ever clears the trees from the transformer box is when the power goes out. I called earlier to say sparks were coming from the box, and ***** has been in my area yet...in over 6hrs when I called originally. They shouldn't give estimated times because it's not accurate. Customer reps provide very minimum information which doesn't help much. I have to throw all of my food away, and of course there will be no added credit to the bill for the amount of hours without power. Dominion keeps sending notices about underground wires, and nothing has happened yet. When it rains too hard the power can go out, if the wind blows it can go out, if theres one ounce of thunder power goes out. Today I'm told ***** has been assigned to the area.....and it's been 6 1/2 HOURS. These weak power lines in Henrico County are horrible, and they keep fixing instead of replacing. One side of the street is out, and no restoration time is available. I shouldn't have to call 16 times.

      Dominion Energy (Virginia) recently rolled out this vaunted new website and app, but you when you really need to speak to someone about something you can't do online, you cannot get anyone!! Really the worst customer service experience I think I've ever had. I haven't received a bill from DE (V) in over two months and I can't get anyone to help me find out why! Absolutely incredible. The only advice I got was to pay what you think you may owe -- huh? Send me my frickin' bill! Think the only thing left to do is to write my congressional representative. By the way, there is a wonderful two-tier customer service experience: first, you talk with the "front end" customers service reps, as they describe themselves, then they transfer you to the "residential" reps. I have been waiting *********************************************************************

      so Im in middle of identity theft and someone stole every ***** out ******* Accounts so I literally have 0$ so I spent 45 min on hold for lady to be rude And nasty and say well why u calling ** because I wanna make sure my power doesnt get shut off since bank says up to 90 days for investigation to be over and account be unlock but apparently power couldnt give 2 craps the lady said well when u get new banking info put it in at don.com and I said so there isnt anything that yall need to now ********* reports## or nothing she said hope havr good day and hung up va power needs to be regulated more they have monopolized va and its not right, I need solar power so bad so I do t have to deal with these heart less people, actions I need is for my power not to be shut off while the bank has my Accounts locked but they dont give a c***

      Awful experience from the beginning. Charged me late fees and told me my bank did not accept my auto-payment ... but my bank said no attempt had been made to withdraw funds?Then when I was finally able to MOVE AWAY from Dominion and no longer use them, they never refunded my deposit. I am still owed ****** and i closed my account on May 1st... its June 20th... every time I call they say, "New system, we can't process refunds"... um how is that possible? Theft... con artists, its a monopoly, and is a joke of a company... if you have any options do not use Dominion for your energy

      Dominion Energy is a great company. I haven't ever had a complaint to say about them. When people lose power they work their hardest to get everyone's power back on. We need to make a shout out to Dominion Energy. Keep up the fantastic work guys! ????

      Website does not work, app isn't functional, customer service is terrible. There is no way to even have a supervisor or someone with actual knowledge to assist you in resolving your issues. I have been trying to pay my bill for the last 3 weeks, they tell me my only option is to go to a Kroger or ******* and pay in person???? That is ridiculous, something needs to happen, resolution is needed, people need to be fired!!

      I writing to express my dissatisfaction with Dominion Energy Virginia's online payment experience. I have never found it so difficult to pay a bill in my life. Since May of 2023 I have not been able to pay my bill online. I attempted to sign into my account and for some reason I had to reset my password. Since then I have been stuck in a loop where I am not able to sign in even after resetting my password. When you call in there is a message that states they are experiencing issues with their systems and that if you are experiencing issues logging in to visit the website. I caution you, this is a waste of time because this is the source of the problem and did not do any more than cause more frustration. I tried to get this resolved by speaking with customer service, but since I am not the main person on the account and did not have access to that person at the time I was not able to get passed the security verification. Which is fine as this is for your protection, but my issue is I would not have to call in the first place if the problem were be fixed.
