      Dominion energy is **** near impossible to get a hold of. I try calling their phone number and it is just an endless circle you never get to talk to an actual person. Plus the website is down so I can't even tell how much I owe or pay the bill. You would think that being able to pay your electric bill would be easy but you would be wrong. You can pay over the phone but don't worry there is an additional fee if you pay over the phone. Honestly one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.

      Same problem the new website does not work. I just spent 2 hours trying to get a new account in the new system and no go. The contact us link does not work. How to pay the bill??? Call what number???

      Someone from this company scammed my son for ****** and admitted the money was in there bank account. We will not rest until we get justice. Don't know if they're pretending to be this company or works for the company and stole the funds and ask for his ssn, said his name is *********************

      I received an estimated bill from DOM for the month of March to April 2023 that was 10 times the actual usage for my barn meter. My usual bill for our barn is usually about $11.20 most of which is mostly a fee to have the meter. The estimated bill this time was for $114.40. When I complained they said it will be an actual reading next month. I called them and their customer service tells me it is an estimated reading which I had just told the rep on the phone when saying my issue to begin with. HOW IS THIS ACCEPTABLE? How could a company ask you to pay ****** times more in one month? The estimated reading was ***** but my actual meter reads ****. When informed this fact the rep said they will actually read the meter next month. That it would even out next month. I wonder how if you increase my bill ****** times. I have been on hold over 45 minutes with an actual person and still no help. This is fraud and criminal behavior for a company we HAVE to have to have power in our homes... Seems like they know we cant do anything about their criminal ways and stick it to us every way they can with adding fees anywhere and everywhere to making up our bill when they feel like it.

      I have no choice. I have to use Dominion Energy in Great Falls, MD.In September, I had solar panels put on our home. Since then, getting a regular electric bill does not occur. I have to call their phone number in order to get it via email.Recently (this past month), they've updated their website. Cool. I've updated and have access.Guess what? No bill. After my phone call, they're telling me "most likely" I'll get a double bill in May. But there's nothing they can do for **** called it "gross negligence." The phone support agreed. Terrible.

      The worst customer service I have ever encountered!!! Every rep wants to transfer you to another department and each hold time I have experienced has not been less then 45 mins to 2 hours and 47 min. This is after they tell you how short of a hold time it will be. Furthermore accountability is KEY I'm a military man time is crucial!!! If you get told a rep will be at you residence at a specific time they need to be there!!! Specially after you take a day off of work!!!! Not to mention when your bill is outrageous due to there employees mistakes and faulty equipment you would think they would do everything in there power to make things right! Not with this company!!! Nobody at this company is in tune with the previous rep. *** do they read the notes that should have been documented because you have to tell your story multiple times it's just ridiculous I wish these employees could go through what the actual customer goes threw. It seems as if nobody at the company cares because there not the one that has to deal with this BS!!!! I really would like to know what the reps are really doing everytime they say can I put you on a brief hold???? And when did brief holds turn in to 15 minutes??? But let you be late on that ridiculous high a** bill then watch how fast they get a hold of you!!!!!

      Dominion Energy online payment is nonfunctioning. It used to work. They want me to re-register and it's turned into a nightmare. I cannot pay my bill, and trying to contact these people is next to impossible. Whoever is responsible for the updated website payment portal should be fired. This a zero-star review, but I'm forced to give it a single star.

      I have been trying to pay my bill for my residence and my business for over a week.I have waited on hold for 2 hours and 5 minutes. Only to be told to try to make a payment later. The website had me to register, I did that. I have emails that both of my accounts were registered.When I am redirected to re-log in I am asked to register. I even trying logging in from the email.This is the worst company.

      Dominion Energy Virginia web page and telephone customer service stinks. People may be nice, but neither they nor their webpage can get the job done:CALLING BY PHONE IS UNSATISFACTORY:-- wait times when calling their main customer service number: often OVER ONE HOUR -- no opportunities to request return call/-- if you choose to hold, after many, many minutes of music, then calls terminate without warning -- customer service associates completely unable to find my accounts in their files or to verify whether my Revert-to-Owner agreement is still in effect WEB PAGE IS NOT WORKING IN MANY IMPORTANT AREAS -- Dominion could have avoided this disaster by good beta testing before launch -- keyword search not available once you sign in -- clicking on "help" button only gives you the same phone number for their disastrous, backed-up-beyond-belief customer service agents -- no option to launch a chat with agents, or to send emails to Dominion Energy -- just that one phone number to a miserably backed-up and ineffective customer service system
