Every person I have dealt with at this company is great. From the sales person to the drivers to the customer service reps. *** only happy to help but ALL of them have always been able to answer questions or solve issues. Training at ** must be VERY comprehensive. ALSO, it seems every employee I have dealt with seems happy to work there. From the outside, ESTEs has looks to have a great work environment with happy , dedicated employees.Estes Express Lines

ESTES has been a very impressive company to deal with. Everyone that we have communicated with has been extremely pleasant and helpful, from the outside salesman, to the people in the office, to the drivers. ******, my delivery driver was amazing. He placed that heavy rock exactly where I wanted it and was friendly and fun to work with throughout. my rock came almost a week earlier than expected at the beginning of the delivery window, and that was much appreciated. One of the worst shipping companies I have ever dealt with, they said they attempted delivery of my fish tank and didn't even show up. DO NOT USE ESTES EVERRRR! I am very ****** bc this fish tank cost 3500 dollars.Estes Express Lines
