Unacceptable for a 2 day ship to be ponded off to another delivery company that then took another week to deliver it. It was a 2 day ship and picked up in the 25 th of December and then i get it the 5th of July.Estes Express Lines

We work with the *************** CA location to ship alot of our orders. They have plenty of containers and trucks. They keep their office/terminals well-staffed as well as having a sufficient number of drivers. They offer the ************* Interchange method which really helps to streamline the warehouse management part of the process. ESTES is a great company.Estes Express Lines

1 starThis company's service is rotten to the core. This is my second experience with them, and it is no better than the first. Previously, closely to 50% of the shipment was smashed and beyond redemption. This time, I have been waiting for a delivery since last week, and each time there is a different story, and I have to keep repeating myself including correcting my phone number at least three times so far! Worse, they work with a home delivery partner called "Humble" in *************, who are even more ridiculous than Estes. Phone messages are not returned, and information is provided as drip-drip-drip, so each time one has to go through the torture of navigating their phone system, then speak with someone at the other end of the Pacific whose responses are so obtuse, you wonder if they are lifelings on Mars! Henceforth, I will always check if a vendor ships through Estes or Humble first, and if so, will not do business with that company. Rob Estes, where is your leadership?Review fromLaura F

I was scheduled via phone for the next day which is fine. The truck driver came within a few hours a day early. I was not ready to receive my shipment because I use equipment to unload and move things. He came and dropped it where he wanted without telling me anything..I have a bad back and I needed more time as scheduled to plan my drop off and where I was going to assemble. It was not coveinant and my crate was damaged. Maybe they felt a day early would be a good thing but this a product that needs assembly and I scheduled it according to weather and my schedule. The driver took it upon himself to break that schedule and do what he wanted. That is neither professional nor appropriate. It literally defeated the purpose of scheduling. This isnt mail packages or Amazon, this is a 2000.oo dollar machine delivery. This completely ruined my assembly process because of the rain I had to deal with. I scheduled on rain free day. Never again.Estes Express Lines
