The driver arrived very late. He was unable to remove the pallet from his truck. He decided to drive it forward with back open dumping the expensive flooring on the driveway in pieces.Estes Express Lines

The vanity and mirror was damaged from the fork lift arms. Box was all busted and they refused to look and verify that it wasnt damaged when it was delivered. Very disappointed with the entire delivery. Would NOT recommend this company to anyone!!Estes Express Lines

ESTES WXPRESS *********** ** handle my company incoming and outbound. The personnel are great communicators for best time to drop freight with limited terminal impact. A request to hold freight was kindly arranged. Great company team and freight cost.Estes Express Lines

The expected delivery date when I ordered my couch was 7 days. Estes waited until the 7th day to even pick it up from the vendor, then took another 7 days to deliver it. It's ridiculous that that's how they run their company. I will go out of my way and/or pay more money to use anybody else from now on.Estes Express Lines
