      Driver was great, went out of his way to accommodate me. He called me and told me that he was on his way. it was Trash day so the container was down at the curb and he rolled it back up and put it in my garage. he placed the pallet (2000 lbs) right where I wanted it. I couldnt be happier with the services thank you very much.

      Great job! Lots of updates ahead of time. ****** arrived on time and was very nice and professional. Brought the large heavy vanity into my garage which was so convenient. And he lined it up exactly where I asked.

      They were great to work with, from scheduling to delivery, they were friendly, prompt, and professional. I received a call a half hour before they came, they were on time and unloaded right where I needed the pallet.

      The driver didnt call me before delivery. He left the pallet near the road. When I ask him if he can put the pallet close to the garage he refused to do that. He said that the order is curbside. I told him it is raining and the pallet is 55 yard away from the garage and near the street. He said that it is curbside even it is 55 yard away from the home. You need to *********** delivery people.

      I was sent an email stating you would schedule delivery. That was a lie! Your tracking is awful! It stated item was out for delivery but wouldnt be delivered until the next day. My doorbell was not rung to state my $1100 couch was delivered. I received an email about an hour plus to state it was delivered. My couch was left halfway in the street. Now if somebody has a sidewalk that is where a delivery should happen not being left in the street. Your customer service stated my doorbell should have been rung or a knock given but that was a lie also. Extremely horrible and unprofessional all the way around. Who leaves furniture halfway in the street at a residence and doesnt notify the owner their property is there. Your s***** a** company!!

      This was our first experience with a trucking company delivering to our house and Estes exceeded our expectations. ****** contacted us to set up a delivery time. The driver called when he was 30 minutes away, he took the cast iron tub to the door. Its in perfect condition. Nothing but praise for the Estes team.

      These people called me a few days ago and said "we will be delivering your item tomorrow march 7th, between 10 a.m. - 3p.m. would you like a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to arrival " which I replied sure. Really in shock that it was arriving so soon. They also sent text messages with ETA and tracking information. Well, they didn't show up, I wasn't too surprised because I've read numerous reviews of their track record to this sort of thing. I decided the following day to check tracking and it showed the status to be out for delivery. I then look this morning and it just says shipped, but on walmart.com it shows to be in a city 2 hours away. I guess I'm wondering if these offices just call with no recognition of where the product even is, how do big companies like wal mart and ********** keep using a freight company that doesn't take care of their product, and how come Estes doesn't care about providing better services. Also the A+ rating with the BBB I believe to be a gimmick, considering the 5 star reviews all came in pairs within a day or two of each other, they are similar, and just so happens to come after a 1 star review. It's not a delivery time issue for me, it's the false information I'm provided giving me trust issues. I just hope when my product shows up, that it is not damaged like most of the reviews state that I have read. Don't come here for a honest opinion of this company, just ****** reviews for Estes and you will see between 3 or 4 different sites like Yelp, they only have a 1.3 star rating. Complete garbage company needs to hang it up or grow some pride in their business.

      My delivery driver was ******. He was awesome. The road was posted so he wanted to discuss best option to fit me and work in his commute. Someone being efficient work wise and customer wise is fantastic. The unloading was a snap with some minor direction from him we set up. He offloaded item exactly where it needed to be. Item was perfect. It makes it nice when get someone good to deal with. The Estes tracking is possibly the best ever. I get packages and freight daily. The Estes system of a time stamp and deliveries is unmatched by any other carrier or mail/package service.Thank you

      I wish I could give them less than 1 star. This company was hired by *************** to deliver a set of metal furniture to my residence for which I had been waiting months. On February 6, they arrived for delivery with only 10 mins advanced notice in the wee hours of the morning. Then they only delivered 1 of 3 boxes that THEY separated unbeknownst to me. Immediately after opening the box, they were contacted by the company that hired them about the missing items. Despite their drivers acknowledging that the package was split, to date, they have been totally unresponsive. I can only presume that the missing items were stolen. The drivers were nice, but the company is super SHADY! Dont hire them!
