3100lb pallet of wall stone delivered in box truck. No forklift and the pallet **** would not fit pallet frame correctly. Only lift off to 1 side. Barely got it off truck without it falling over. It got stuck halfway onto the lift and the guy lowered the lift to drag/drop it the rest of the way out. Some stones were damaged. Unable to move it further than off the lift gate. Was left in the street for me to carry all 3100lbs 80ft down my driveway. Most unprofessional fiasco I've witnessed in a long time. Needless to say I'm not happy and very disappointed. Over the past couple years Ive had several large products delivered by other companies, and a couple of those were complete disasters, with products arriving late, very late or broken, and in one case the personnel being very rude. The Estes shipment was on time and the driver was extremely personable and competent. I will highly recommend Estes to anyone needing a shipping service.Estes Express Lines

The item that was shipped to me had no visible signs of damage and looked to be well taken care of. The delivery driver was very helpful and went out of his way to accommodate the heavy box. He was one of the most pleasant and courteous drivers I have ever encountered. Thank you for the stellar service and customer service.Estes Express Lines

I'm in ******/*** and I absolutely love my Estes driver and Sales Rep...******* and ***!!! These ladies are AMAZING!!! They go above and beyond for us and are always on top of their game! Anytime there's been an issue, they are quick to get it resolved whatever it may be. I cannot thank them enough for all they do! Horrible customer service, untimely ********************** and excuses abound. Then when questioned the staff has an attitude with you --the customer--HORRIBLE. Couldn't give zero stars but that is what was deserved.Estes Express Lines

Delivery driver was a great communicator, and offered two ideas to store the package once at my place. He single handedly moved 400 pounds up three stairs leveraging a dolly. Excellent experience!Estes Express Lines

Delivery arrived at the time I specifically stated I could not be there. Driver did not call ahead of time as instructed. Driver damaged goods as he rammed his pallet **** onto grass causing flooring boxes to fly off pallet. Sent pictures and camera video as instructed to ***** and never got a response. Shipment was already delayed and had sat at the ***** terminal a week before delivery was made. Damaged flooring then caused further delays for reordering new flooring which conflicted with contractor schedule with my house left torn up for project.This is the second instance I have used Estes where shipment sat for an extended period of time at their terminal before delivery. I would call every day with you should be contacted within 48 hours. However this 48 hour time clock seemed to reset every day. I will never use Estes again.Estes Express Lines
