This is the 2nd delivery in a week that was incomplete. Only 1 out of 4 pallets arrived with my order in the second order. The first order shipment was also incomplete and the pallet was a mess/falling apart. The bottom section of the pallet was missing and straps to keep it together were broken. Very disappointing not to get the items that were ordered. And initial estimate for day of delivery changed and got moved up by three days without advanced notice.Estes Express Lines

Over all, you have some great service. Sometimes there are some hiccups.Your rates for MOL Logistics are compatible. Every time we get a shipment from ********, it says 2 day expected delivery. That would be a miracle! Always at least 4 to 6 days! Ridiculous! I can understand an occasional issue, but every time? Used to be good, Our broker has been told to never use them again!Estes Express Lines

The driver was great! Courteous, professional, funny, and he put the pallet exactly where I asked. I had called customer service to check on the *** and the customer service woman that I spoke to was awesome! She was able to estimate precisely when the driver would arrive, and she was super nice and friendly! Fantastic delivery experience! Thank you!!Estes Express Lines
