Drivers and representatives are always helpful and friendly. I never hesitate to schedule with Estes and I have never heard a customer complaint. Our shipments arrive promptly and in good condition. They are also very affordable compared to others in our area.

1 starEstes was a very bad experience for me. Here are my suggestions to improve your service:Give customers small time windows (less than 2 hours) and stick to it. People have to work and have kids and parents to take care of. Be considerate of your customers' time.Drivers need a copilot so the copilot can communicate with customers while the driver is driving.Copilots need to be in direct communication with the customers on the day their item is being delivered, not some far away dispatch person. Having an app where customers can track where the truck is could also be helpful.Delivery persons should be in a uniform, introduce themselves, have a pleasant demeanor, and offer common courtesy. Delivery persons should not have face or gang tattoos or be intimidating or rude to customers.When customers are upset, don't argue with them or dismiss their concerns. Reflectively listen and offer a genuine apology. Contrition goes a long way. Be proactive in making changes that are needed to improve the customer experience. Nobody told us that we had unpaid bills. The only way we found out was that Estes held our shipment at destination depot for days and then sent us a bill for that delivery without any explanation.Sable in ******* never explained it. I had to question it multiple times to find out on my own.I paid all bills immediately when I figured it out on my own.We ship alot of LTL but your rates are not competitive. ****, *******, told **** a least a year ago...."I am not giving you anymore discount".After all this.... I removed Estes from Kuebix and will never consider Estes as an option again.Estes Express Lines

ELT has been an Estes customer for years. The best *********** for the lanes they service. Great customer service. ********************** and Rate Quotes are as stated. No complaints of damage or drivers that are rude to my warehouse employees or customers. I wish Estes covered more Lanes and delivery time I would use them for every shipment.Estes Express Lines

Estes has proven time and time again to be the best *************** for **. Across the board we have an excellent account rep; the staff at our depot have saved us more than once to help correct a mistake made on our side; and the driver is just wonderful. Can't say enough good about them, and would highly recommend their company for your shipping needs. Great service from Estes, from the pick-up at our dock to the delivery for our customers! The driver arrives during our scheduled 12pm-230pm loading window. He is always very friendly & polite! Our Account Manager is awesome to work with, and we usually never have any billing issues. KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!Estes Express Lines
