      ********* **** ************ ******* is the worst Advance Auto I have ever been to. Recently I had to visit this location to price some replacement parts for my Nissan. And I noticed they have some new employees and some of the old ones are gone. I'm curious is to way they left? Sorry that funny I know why they left. Aariz the one in charge of that store. Honestly he really doesn't. He doesn't know how to do consistent customer service let alone treat his coworkers not employees because they don't work for him they work for Advance with dignity and respect. I get that a lot of jobs out there are working short handed. But this man does not need to be used as just a body. That will cause them to lose business and have poor reviews for everyone to see. But if they are short staffed on some days then why don't the corporate office stop being so tight and loosen that uptight butthole and give out more hours for the good employees and pay that overtime. This is a multimillion dollar million dollar company give more hours give pay raises(good one) have better starting pay and pay that over time. Because one day the only workers this company is going to have are employees like Aariz. Then all that money will be gone

      This complaint is in reference to Advance Auto parts Store * ***** **** ****** *** ***** *** ********** I feel very disappointed by the treatment I have from the salesperson, first to pick up the order without telling the customer (I). This is the way the item is supposed to be return, find out it was a wrong part in the wrong box, so I can’t get my money back, went from Antonio ** *******, the Manager of the Store, The second level associate Ecomm. Bernade * (Customer Service Operator) When to a second operator didn’t resolved any of the issues, you guys did think I lied to you have to prove it first. Very disappointed the way this is treaty not for the amount of money is involved (38.99) but for the dishonesty at first to give me the wrong item. After I return the item how I was instructed by the Operator 1(Bernade) I was not offered a receipt for the return item, if was recorded in the call confirmed it. All documentation will be offer as time will come.

      Bought a battery 2 years ago and they charged me a core charge and they said when I return the bad battery I would get my money back. Now battery is out, I returned the dead battery to get my core money back but they refused to refund my money. Excuse was I don't have a receipt and I returned the core too late. There was no time limit to return the core.

      I do not like advance auto parts. I bought car from dealer but the battery was very bad and I checked battery was die heart platinium purchased from advance auto parts on August 2022 when I went their branch at ******** found out that platinium battery has 4 year warranty. But people asked me if I have invoice and I told them no. But they said sorry we don't honor the warranty because you didn't purchased the battery.
      The same thing happened to me for ******* purchased battery they honored the warranty without invoice. I think this kind of companies should get punishment for dealing customer like that. I am very very mad at this company.

      Bought an alternator, installed it, 4 days later car died, had the alternator tested, it failed. Swapped it, Had a mechanic install the 2nd one, the next day my family and I were on the way to our vacation, car broke down again, had to be towed to the closest town, then had to call a church to get us and our stuff to a hotel as the town had no open rental car service. Finally got the car back to Kia in our hometown. Kia said alternator was bad. The replaced it. Cost me $1515. Advance initially wouldn’t reimburse me for the 2nd alternator. Called corporate and they said the would reimburse me for service fees. Then told me they they were only going to give me $400. I spent over 3 grand because of 2 failed alternators. Between towes, a car rental while the van was getting repaired, the mechanic installing the 2nd alternator and then *** installing the 3rd. Plus the hotel room. They should quit selling poor quality parts. Still trying to get it worked out.

      I have shopped with them for more than 15 years but recently they sold me a part that failed shortly after installation. It happened when my daughter was in another town and it cost four times the cost of the failed part to get the vehicle fixed at a local shop in the town. Advance Auto refused to refund the cost of the part or give me a credit. They would only offer a replacement part, which, in these circumstances, is not reasonable. No one had the flexibility or foresight to give me a refund, either in the local store or on line. I have done good business with them in the past and usually their parts are good, but being out so much money, I decided to switch to **** and ********, and ended my on line account, which I used regularly for maintenance on our five cars. (I shopped at all ******** **** stores, but this review is specifically for the store at **** ****** ***)

      I call about a fuel line for my 99 f350, they quoted a price of $145.00ish for the part.
      I found it at *************** for $19.99 !!
      Advance is charging almost 800%
      mark up on this part and makes me wonder about the mark up on their other parts!!

      I ordered a hitch receiver, they said it would ship 2weeks after I purchased. They never shipped, took my money, and said they refunded it and did not and continue to refuse to refund my money

      I used to like going into an Advance Auto Parts store until went to one in particular. ************ ******* *****. Take a wild guess at which store that is. Anyway that store has been short handed for a good while then finally started getting in more help. One in particular actually transferred from a different location. And there's two other new/fairly new faces there as well. One would think that with the store getting more help the stress would be lifted a little bit. NO. The GM well I think he's the GM I don't know because of the way he talks to a lot of the other customers in person and on the phone. And they he talks to his female coworkers is down right BS. When they have questions he treats them as if their stupid for even asking. He makes look as if their the problem in the work place. They will get into a little heated arguments the girls will walk away while he's still up front mouthing off. If he does this mess with males that work there he sure doesn't seem like it. He acts buddy buddy in the public eye with them but completely unprofessional with the females. And the way he talks to a lot of the customers and commercial account on the phone is unexcusable. Talking to them like their stupid and cussing in their face "**** this" "**** that" "**** this" "**** that". I just wanted to reach across the counter and pop him right in the mouth. A couple of times there was another guy there who's uniform didn't match theirs and that tells me he's higher than the GM. He's be walking around in the back or walking around close to the front when some of this is going and not saying a **** thing. Just letting it happen. Don't get me wrong that store has/started making a good come back but the GM needs to learn how to good trainer, be professional, treat EVERYONE EQUALLY, maybe take some time off and revaluate himself, take a break and maybe realize that he's the problem.

      Had the worst experience at this specific store on **** ** ** ********. Only 3 customers, but when the service tech went to get my part he was gone 10 minutes and chatting with another worker where we could see him. One customer walked out because of the wait and the Asst. Manager Karlin made it clear he was doing inventory and not helping customers. Only one service tech was helping people.
      When the part wasn't in stock we asked if he could find another store with the part and make sure it was in stock. He did as he should of and was put on hold. Karlin asked what was taking so long and when the service tech explained Karlin told us to call them ourselves and get out of the way. When I advised him that he could just wait on the other customers himself he became angry and told me to leave. When I mentioned that this is a service all his competitors gladly do he then banned me from the store and made threats. When I asked him his name he said 'Jesus', his version of 'God'.
      Very unprofessional service from Karlin and will never visit again. I will be contacting his manager.
