    From the outset, Integrity Device Repair's journey with Surefire Local has been fraught with unfulfilled promises and persistent issues. Despite the initial assurance of a seamless experience, the reality was starkly different. The platform consistently failed to meet the expectations set forth in the SLA agreement, with frequent delays and unresolved issues that hindered our operations.

    One of the most frustrating aspects was the delayed response time from customer care. Our ticket submissions often languished without timely resolutions, leaving us unable to effectively utilize key features like GeoJuice or respond to customer reviews. This lack of support severely impacted our ability to engage with our clientele and manage our online presence effectively.

    The website development process was another area of significant disappointment. Promised a completion timeframe of 30-45 days, we found ourselves waiting far longer, with resolutions taking an exasperating 5-8 days to materialize. When the website was finally nearing completion, the quality was subpar, with mismatched font families and other design inconsistencies. Despite our repeated requests for corrections, these issues were never adequately addressed.

    Our attempts to seek a refund were met with silence, as our inquiries went unanswered despite multiple follow-ups. This lack of communication only compounded our dissatisfaction, leaving us feeling neglected and undervalued as clients.

    Ultimately, Surefire Local failed to deliver on its promises, resulting in a deeply unpleasant experience for Integrity Device Repair. The breach of the SLA and the refusal to issue a refund have left us with no choice but to express our discontent. Based on our experience, we cannot, in good conscience, recommend Surefire Local to any business seeking reliable and responsive service.

    We have used Surefire Local for the last 9 months. We have a monthly online meeting, which has been extremely helpful. Everyone we have dealt with has been professional, knowledgeable, and patient when explaining how to use their platform in the best way to help us continue to grow our business. We love the posting on our social media content. By using their system it has helped us be more diligent about our postings and certainly making them more professional. Our company highly recommends Surefire Local digital marketing firm.

    We used Surefire Local for about 7 months before deciding to cancel. We already had a fairly competent marketing program set up, but their sales pitch sounded promising, so we decided to make the switch. The platform worked well enough, and the scheduled social media posts were generally adequate, although many of the posts required heavy modification because they seemed like they were produced by AI with no human review prior to publishing. The blog posts were very similar, looked straight out of ChatGPT, so they were sometimes not relevant to our businesses. Our Account Manager was great, very responsive, but I got the impression that their priority is volume and unloading as much manual input as possible, which left me doing a fair amount of work to clean up the rough edges. Overall, not a terrible experience by any means, and I could definitely see it being a valuable tool for a company with little-to-no existing marketing infrastructure. Ultimately, we saw a slight uptick in website traffic, but a steady decline in qualified lead generation, so we moved our marketing efforts back in-house. Onboarding and Offboarding was a breeze.

    I HIGHLY suggest anyone looking to hire a marketing/PPC firm NOT use this company! I suggest you find a local firm that you can call that will actually pick up the phone rather than some monthly fee schedule that promises to handle everything for you. As a professional contractor and business owner of over 30 years I have never had such a terrible & stressful experience. The communication with this Surefire is only scheduled thru email requests. You cant just call them when you have a problem and speak with someone. You have to schedule an appointment that ends up not delivering what was promised. An example is: I had constantly been requesting changes to be made to my PPC campaigns and my requests went unanswered for weeks at a time. After limping along with them for 6 months and giving them plenty opportunities to correct the errors I decided to fire them. Our direct contact **** was a nice enough guy but I felt like he was out on a island with no support. I tried on several occasions to get out of my agreement and they wouldn't let me out. I even reached out to the president of Surefire via ******** a few times asking him to contact me so I could address my concerns with his company and he never responded. This tells me he could care less about his customers. After several calls with their "cleaner" person I ended up having to pay them a unspecified amount of money to get out of the contract. If anyone has any questions about this company do yourself a favor and call me before you sign anything with them.     They do a pretty good job of managing our leads and social posts. Only thing they could do better is the social posts. It seems like they outsource this to someone in another country as some of the photos don't match US standards.
