  My basement walls were leaning bad over 3.5” , Talked to Kenny * from **** ******** ********* about a repair method ! The repair method I chose was dig and push , Kyle * , Derek * , and Dee * was the work crew that showed up . All worked very well together as a team , and as they finished each wall , they had me review it to make sure I was happy ! Communication was very good throughout the entire job ! Clean up after all the walls were repaired was Awesome ! Overall I would recommend OBA to anyone the has basement issues … and if you get this repair team you have a great group of guys !!

  Caleb T, Rocky C, and Juan E did a fantastic jojoba installing a sump pump in the basement. Caleb, the foreman, was especially helpful, informative, and an expert at his trade.

  I had *** come out and take a look at my house. Jacob * showed up on time and confirmed with me the day before our appointment time. He came up with a solution to my water problem that I felt comfortable with. I got the project financed through *** and the process was really easy. The crew was on time and did a great job of making sure I understood the installation process. They taped off and tarped my area and kept the dust to a minimum. The job was done in a day and I haven't had any water during the recent storms. I am happy I chose *** and would recommend them to anyone.

  I had a water proofing system put in my basement 2010. The system was a britewall system. It had a pump and a backup pump. The man pump had to be replaced after 6 years (warranty expired) and in 2020 I had to replace the battery (warranty expired). I have the system serviced every year with no problems. I know that sometimes there is a maintenance issue that needs to be done. However, a float switch went out on the main pump in July of this year (2023). The pump was working just fine. I figured at least **** ** **** if the main pump had to be replaced. The service person told me that they do not replace parts on pump systems and that I would have to have the whole pump system replaced the cost *****(however I get a 5 Year warranty on the new pump system). This was not communicated to me at the time of scheduling. I just told the person that the float switch was not working and that the pump would not shut off. The battery that they took and replaced with a new battery was still under warranty ******* I just got blind sided by this company and need other Senior Citizens that are on a fixed income to be aware.

  I cant really enter a proper review since the guy never showed up to give us an estimate. 3 times I confirmed the appt and he never showed. What a big waste of time.

  ******* ********** ********* Whiteland Indiana, Stay away from this company. Jun. 05, we received an estimate from Cory, their salesman for ******* to repair sagging of the main CENTER bean. This salesman had no clue what our problem was or how to fix it. I asked him repeatedly how raising the north & south corners of my house would fix our problems he just said "It will work, don't worry". After thinking it over we had a supervisor, CJ come out. On 07/11, he said the salesman did not know what he was talking about, he would re-assign the project to repair the main load bearing board. I still felt uncomfortable having them do the work so I called another company to come out to see what they would tell us. This company told us the main bean needed additional support & raised a little. Since I could never get anyone at Indiana foundation to talk to me or return my call, then later learned that CJ the supervisor that was handling our issues had been demoted, so we decided to go with another company. Since In. Foundation had already pulled *****. out of our building loan account for a deposit, we asked them to return that money & cancel coming out to do any work. On Aug. 8th I was told they would close the account & return our money. This would take 48 - 72 hrs & would call me to let me know it had been closed. NO ONE has called, NO ONE will talk to us and our money has not been returned. Today 08/17, we called again and was passed around to 5 different people before being hung-up on (this happened twice). ******* ********** does not communicate at all with their customers which is scary for customers that need major work done to their home. What do their customers do if something goes wrong after the work is finished and they need help. The customer will never be able to reach anyone to help correct their mistakes. And with salesmen like Cory, who does not know exactly what repairs the customer needs I am sure there are a lot of mistakes that need additional service.

  Unfortunately, I have had the absolute worst experience with this company and would not recommend *** to anyone whatsoever. 
  While the initial inspection was swift and was quickly scheduled, it feels that once they have your money they are not responsive at all. On 7/31/23 I had carbon strap reinforcements installed on the foundation. The crew was courteous, however they did a horrendous job. I was told they would block off the part they block off my basement (which is partially finished) because it is a very dusty process. They did not and dust is everywhere, I mean everywhere. They did not bother cleaning up the mess they made. There were half drunk mountain dew bottles left, a respirator, box cutting knife, and more garbage. In addition, they ruined my floors with drips of black epoxy because they did not lay down any protective paper/plastic. They also removed my fire alarm batteries because it was so dusty it was setting them off. That is a major safety hazard. After all of that, upon inspection of their work, they did not even install the straps correctly. There is not enough epoxy to hold the straps to the wall and I can slip my hand underneath the edges. I was able to get someone from *** to come out and confirm that it was not installed correctly and showed them the mess. He told me that someone would be in contact to schedule a crew to come out and fix the botched install. That was a week ago and I have not heard anything. I have called multiple times, been placed on very long holds, only to be transferred to different departments, who says they will call me back but they never do. 
  It's laughable because I also purchased a 5 year service plan, which I can't even get them to come out to fix their original mistakes, I can't imagine them coming out to service. At this point, I am so beyond frustration, I will never do service with these people again. While everyone I spoke to is kind and courteous, nothing is ever done and customer service is horrible.

  ****** and his team were on time, completed the job on time. He did a great job of explaining the entire job, sent pictures throughout the day on the progress. Under my house looks so nice, the upgraded improvements are much appreciated.

  I messaged *** after seeing an advertisement online and they called me back within the hour and I had a consultation scheduled for a few days later. The representative was thorough in his explanation of the issues and his recommendation for preventing further damage. The solution was elegant in its simplicity and now I feel more secure knowing the issue won't continue to progress further. Thanks ***! I won't hesitate to call again for some of the other services you offer as well.

  *** helped reinforce my basement wall with a crack. Keenan came in and did estimate, walked me through everything needed, provided options, set a plan, and got me on the schedule super fast. Caleb * and James * did a phenomenal job. They were in and out in less than 2 hours and left my basement spotless! Workmanship was great and all three gentlemen were great to work with.
