The company was very easy to work with from the first visit where an estimate was given, to the actual work day. Carnell arrived on time, was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the process, got right to work and cleaned up the entire area when he was done. I would highly recommend Mount Valley Foundation Services. ~Lisla

Wade came over and did a foundation inspection. He was very easy to talk to and didn't pressure me or try to scare me. If we need foundation work in the future, I will call Wade again.Groundworks, LLC

5 starsThe service rainy day basement systems offer is unbelievable. To think my basement is now waterproof is such a relief. ***************************** and his crew were great! Showed up a day early covered my piles up stuff to keep dust away and away from my upstairs talked and walked me through the whole process and always let me know when theyd be arriving. Communication was bad. Gave us an estimate and later increased it by ** when I pointed out the scope of work didn't match the estimate and then when the workers finally came they said it was going to cost us ANOTHER *** They were hired to fix the entire foundation but only did 1 room and some corners of the other rooms. Contract states they used 100 joists but only replaced 13. States they purchased 125 plywood sheets but only used 17.. complained and was told office manager will call and resolve but NEVER heard back. Plywood was not cut to fit floor and they didn't clean up. I would never recommend this company. We are over 60 and believe we got taken advantage of.Groundworks, LLC

Indiana Foundation quoted me a price of ********** for jacking up and leveling my floors and replace sub floor in kitchen. they requested ********* down payment. said it would be a 2 day job. it took nearly 2 weeks and a very inexperience crew of very young guys doing the work they misjudged everything making holes in floor too big and not fixing them.and when done using my 5ft level showed a gapping sag of 1" in a 5ft span. I have video and pics of the whole mess. Inspector never came out to check even after me sending him finish pics of the Disastrous work that was done. they tore a 4ft x 28 ft hole in floor with floor originally being 2" thick ( 100 year old house) and filled it with 3 sheet of 1/2" OSB. yes leaving 1/4 to 1/2" drop in replace floor. I had to have a different crew come an fix that and the 1" sag previous mentioned. And they tried to add another ***** ( that i aint paying) to it cause they said they miss judged the materials.the reason it took so long was everytime they need something the whole crew left and was gone for hours. those young guys were way in over their heads when comes to construction.Plus I helped by hauling off all the scrap and dirt as they worked. Do not Hire this company their crews are too inexperienced and shaded on prices. anyone want to see pics of their work let me know.Groundworks, LLC
