  We contacted *** to give me an estimate on how much it would cost to get the back porch fixed on our home. After Mr. ****** came out and had a look he sent us a write-up stating we needed ******* worth of repairs done to our foundation. The estimate included fixing a shifting foundation and other things under the house. Let me add that he never went under the house.
  I inquired of Mr. ****** how all of this could be possible. We had just had the house inspected less than a year before and had bought the house less than five years ago. The likelihood of TWO different inspectors missing such large issues seemed suspicious. His reasoning was that sometimes inspectors do not know to look at foundations. The emails I received had language similar to "these problems must be addressed immediately", "this problem is only going to get worse", "you will get the money back when you sell the house", etc. All of this equaled another red flag in my mind.
  We do not get any work done on our home without getting multiple quotes. We contacted another company to see what they would recommend. The first person came out to have a look. She said, "Mrs. *****, I don't see any issues other than the back patio. However, it does not have anything to do with the structure of the house." I sent her what was sent to me by Mt. ********** ******* She sent two more inspectors out to see if she had missed something because of the ******* estimated difference in repairs.
  Two more gentlemen came out the following day and again found NOTHING wrong with the foundation. He even went as far as recommending another company to fix the back porch because he knew another company could do it cheaper than his group.
  I will NEVER recommend *** to anyone and make sure everyone knows a company that was upfront and honest with my family.
  How can one company give a ******* estimate for so-called emergency repairs but another refutable company says NO repairs are needed?

  I would highly recommend not using this company. The salesman is very good but the work is not. You will have to higher more people to finish the job so plan alot more cost then what is quoted. They damaged walls, siding, & water lines which had to be fixed (they did fix this) In the end the new wall had area of wetness when it rained only 2 inches. When they put the dirt back they only do a "rough" job. Plan to have sink holes show up. It's taken 10 months to get them to do the sub par job that is left for me to finish. Take my advise, hire a different company.

  This review is for the *** location servicing Huntsville, AL. I would not recommend having them do any work in your home if you have other options. First, the salesman that comes out to provide a quote will make promises that will never be kept and will be extremely high pressure until the deal is signed and then he disappears. While we were trying to decide on how to proceed he was constantly emailing, texting and calling. Once we signed, I could not get him to respond to email, texts or calls. He made several promises that were never kept which resulted in significant effort on our part to be prepared for the work to be done. More the most part, the actual work done was satisfactory. We are not happy with the quality of the concrete work done but we are willing to live with it if it means a dry basement. Maybe the biggest complaint I have is the fact that the foreman of the crew took tons of photos and videos of your basement, to include our personal goods that were stored there. When I asked if I could get a copy of the photos and videos he took of OUR property, he assured me they would be included in the final report we would receive from **** Here we are 5 months after the work was finished and still no final report and that guy has photos and videos of the interior of our home. I have emailed and called the main office and I have texted the foreman. To date ZERO response. If they are not going to provide a final report then don't tell me they are. If they arenot going to provide copies of pictures or videos, then don't tell me they are and more importantly, don't take them WITHOUT MY EXPRESS PERMISSION. I would never do busy with this company again, under any circumstances.

  They did an outstanding job. I was very appreciative that every morning Shane told me what his crew(Tyree and Evan) were going to do and then they showed me the photos. Very impressed with the work they did and have told my friends about it

  This was my one year inspection and Chaun ****** was my technician. He arrived ahead of schedule, very polite, patient in explaining what he was looking for and telling me what to look for when I periodically check the unit. He told me to contact him if I ever had any questions or concerns. My service was great and I would refer the company and Chaun to others.

  A few days ago Rainy Day Basement Systems assessed my home's crawlspace. I was told the assessment would take over two hours and it did because it was very thorough. After carefully inspecting all aspects of the entire crawlspace, Zach showed me and my husband the photos he had taken and discussed the problem areas and methods for correcting them. We had lots of questions and Zach listened and provided answers based on scientific best practices. My husband and I wanted and needed to thoroughly understand the problem issues in our crawlspace before deciding to take any steps to correct them. Because Zach had carefully explained what work was involved with the various correction methods and their cost, we felt informed to make the best decision for our situation. We never felt pressured. Zach's assessment and interaction with us was courteous and professional and we do not know how it could possibly have been done better. If the encapsulation work is done as well as Zach's assessment, we know we will be very pleased.

  i unfortunately used aquaguard waterproofing don't be confused by local news advertisment, aquaguard is not a dependable company , after installation the water problem was worst than before. Aquaguards customer service did not exist, a new leak after installation on Dec.12 2021 ,( 2) weeks later a service rep shows up he told manager system had clogged up but he had no idea what to do ,rep left us with no real response (4) weeks later a service crew shows up, told to come by greensky because i never called again after rep came out proving they work more for the financial tech company greensky llc ,beware of greensky llc they work as a shield between banks, contractors and you the customer. If you have a contractor try to use greensky as the financing company do not accept greensky llc as finance **** find your own lender .I am in the process of having work redone, we discovered a drainage system roughly 2in x3in wide with multiple holes in sides ,sump pump failed , backup poweroutage system failed , customer service failed (3) employees quit during my job .I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau ************************************* and Georgia ************************** against both , i have saved the system installed by aquaguard to present as proof of an inadequate waterproofing system to justify my complaints to whomever should request viewing system, My present waterproofing contractor verified that the system was inadequate to handle water flow and the system was installed opposite of the basic waterproofing approach where you select the closest outside exit for the water , not flow it deeper into home and then try to pump it out ********* desIgn beware of aquaguard , maybe thats why they also need a backup guarantee from **************.
