Great company to deal with from start to finish. The installation team led by ******* was fantastic. Very professional and diligent. The work transformed my crawl space. Very happy with the results!

1 starI would like to warn everyone to not use this company, have everything in writing or better yet do not waste your time, money and not use. The salesperson offers sugar and is really goood. He states he stands by but is always out of town, does nothing but promise. I did not want to give my son number to get involved, practiccally made me, lied, bothered him at work.
.Jes is big company, over advertises and cannot keep us, untrained, non caring scheduling, got your money, will only answer phones day of signing contract, not days before work, if they decide say they will be there, have no contact with job site, pass **** call to 3 others, the 3rd is voice mail with no return call.Management has trained them for this so it seems. Management does not realize he cannot take all the sugar contracts These need to have time to have his workers complete. This takes more time than covering a dollar size hole with dirt.. Scheduled me several months ahead, lots of jobs for them, tied my big deposit, No contact , but my calling, to find out 8/13 few days before at 12 a,m . On 13th I called to hear 1p, no show, then said 1 to 5. All day tied up for me with things I needed to do. One very iimportant. I got message about 4p that they were not coming from involved son. They do not work on sat. Today l7th job not done, not rescheduled, my deposit tied up . Afraid, disgusted. Poor management, scheduling and a *** rating of A. Lots of complaints. When sales person informed us of our basement wall needing replaced it would only take 2 days, it ended up taken them over two weeks. In Monday July 11, 2022, Ohio basement began job digging up side of house. They informed us would be back next day to finish. Tues July 12 while pounding in piers, they dented our siding, knocked down our cable lines and cracked our foundation. Formeman Robert informed me salesman quoted wrong price for concrete be poured until they figured who would " eat the cost of extra concrete ", they would not finish job today. We asked supervisor Sam ******* to come out to review damage and work not completed. He came out on July 18. A week later. He assured us they would make things right. Pay for cable to be replaced, fix blocks that was cracked, finish job soon as had concrete company available, even if having hire outside contractors get it done. He would also have our siding fixed as well. July 27 they finally returned argued with husband about the damage they caused. They finally poured cement, but they still have not paid for our siding to be fixed. I have sent them a quote and was told forward financial. We called back today a week later and was told he never received it and I have an email stating he did receive it. I now am being charged late fee on loan from Greensky . They need to make this right!Groundworks, LLC

Not happy with their customer service at all. We hired them to do a job that they ended up not being able to complete after they told us they could, ok fine, no problem. The two gentlemen that came to our home to do the actual work were great, very honest and upfront about the issue they were running into. However, I had to reach out to the office about a refund of my money because they didn't initiate the refund when they couldn't complete the job. Then I have reached out 2 more times through email and phone about another issue and no one ever contacts me back. Very poor customer service and I won't recommend them to anyone. I had high hopes for them after reading previous reviews, sad to say my husband and I are very disappointed with them.Groundworks, LLC

not even worth a star...company had no follow up with customer...paid ******* for a job they did not do to my expectations...when I called back to tell them that I needed more work done...no response...left message...no response...when production manager returned my call his response was " ohhh...you will be ok"...no I am not ok...get over here and finish the job the way I want it done!!!!!....Groundworks, LLC

4 starsThe customer service is very good. Although I only received about a 2 hour notice they were coming. The "installers" were communicative and explained each step including why they couldn't do certain aspects of the job. I paid almost ***** to have 16 feet of sidewalk leveled. And to have four 3ft pillars leveled on my front porch. The main objective of leveling was accomplished. However there was a gap between what the salesperson thought could be done and what the installers thought could be done. And that gap was literally gaps that remain as the pillars are pulled away from the house. I am left with those repairs to take care of.
