  Evan. Aldo, and Jorge were great. They are professional and explained every step. They had to make some adjustments to the plan but we're quick and thorough. I highly recommend AFS.

  Appreciation for Outstanding Service
  I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the three workers from Groundworks Foundation—Mike *., Elyas **, and David *.—who came to my house today. Their professionalism was evident in every aspect of their work.
  They completed the task promptly and efficiently, demonstrating exceptional courtesy and a thorough approach to their responsibilities. Each of them patiently addressed all of my questions, ensuring I understood the process and was satisfied with the results.
  It is rare to encounter such a dedicated and respectful team, and their efforts deserve recognition. Please convey my gratitude to Mike, Elyas, and David for their outstanding service. Their commitment to excellence has left a lasting positive impression.

  These guys are awesome. They did a wonderful job at an affordable price. Kevin and Alberto were very professional and kept me in the loop explaining everything from beginning to end. My sales rep Dave was awesome as well evaluating my foundation, explaining the damage that needed repair and providing an honest estimate. I am thrilled to have this completed.

  The crew of Charles *. the lead, and crew members of Ty *. and Ty * did a assume job. Very professional and explanatory of the process being preformed. Highly recommend the crew for any job that Groundworks is to preform.

  Restoring a historic home 1.6 miles from their office in Moberly. It was time to have FCS come to quote me work on foundation. Had a kid named Cole out for inspection. Seemed knowledgable, but stated he would need to have another guy come to get a second opinion. Cole stated he would contact me the next week to come back again. Crickets is what I've heard. Only crickets. I've never heard back from Cole despite leaving multiple voicemails. A customer should never have to chase a company for a callback. I was told by someone that this is their way of communicating when the job is too difficult for them and they want to avoid the project altogether. Is this the case FCS? I'd respect you more if you all manned up and returned a call and discussed the project with me. And to think I was going to give you my gutter work and drain work too! This way of doing business is unacceptable, unprofessional and it certainly doesn't align with the scope of your company does. Prompt communication and having integrity is key. If you say you are going to contact me the following week, then do that! Follow thru with your word! How does leaving a customer without as much as a return phone call after two weeks positively reflect on your business ethics??? And to think, I'm a Moberly resident right in your backyard trying to give you my business, patronize a local company instead of going to competitors in other areas and put your name on my list of companies that contributed to the saving of an important historic home to Moberly. My home needs attention and why this Cole can't follow thru, return a call and be respectful of my time only reflects upon FCS...and it isn't positive. I'm highly disapppinted in the service I've received. Looks like I'll be going elsewhere, but not before leaving this review with *** and others. I think I've been patient enough at this stage, waiting to hear back from you people. I would not recommend FCS.

  Less than an hour after calling, Jeremy, the tech assigned to me called and said he was on his way. He arrived, was patient listening to events leading up to calling A1. He thoroughly went through my house. We agreed upon further diagnostic measures. He quickly discovered the issue with minimal damage to the house, very easily repaired. I can not stress enough how impressed I am with this company and with the tech.

  I am pleased with the work done in my crawl space by Ohio Basement Authority and would definitely recommend them to anyone with a damp crawl space and anyone building something new over a crawl space.
  Overall, the whole team of OBA workers were good people doing good work. Lane, ****** my sales rep, was thorough in his inspection, detailed in his recommendations about what was needed and why & what was in place & working, and willing to answer all of my questions.
  Over the course of the 2 1/2 days it took to complete this job, several people were here and all seemed fully engaged in the work and knowledgeable about the work they were doing. Everyone expressed interest in my being happy with the final product - and I am. I don't have everyone's name, and I apologize to any I have not named, but everyone who worked here did a really good job. People that I know were on my crew include Joe ********* Jake ******** Justin ******** Cory ***** Christopher, and Ahmed (don't have his last name).

  Dion, Nick ******, Devin * were quick and efficient. I waited to do a review to see if there were any problems and nothing has popped up. This was a great experience and would recommend Innovative Basement Authority.
