      Mr. B. ****** was a through and professional inspector, as well as an understanding human being. He was prompt, honest and knowledgeable. He assured me that all would be well, as this is a stressful undertaking. I feel I can count on him.

      Our foreman Bryant and his team (Jacy and Matt) were amazing. We noticed a difference right away. Everyone was kind and professional. I can’t recommend FSM enough. Thank you for doing such a great job!

      Things went very smoothly from the estimate to performance of the work. Ryan and Bryan did a great job explaining the process and finished within the time they estimated. I recommend them and the company to anyone who need this kind of work done.

      Had a foundation leak fixed last week by a crew from Groundworks.
      Jose, Isaac, and Carter did a fantastic job. Totally professional. On time, meticulous, and also friendly.
      The work and also the clean up after the job was complete were better than I expected.
      Also want to commend Daniel who did the estimate and set things up. His knowledge and time explaining my options were the reason I went with Groundworks rather than the other 2 companies I had in our home.

      I would highly recommend Bakers Waterproofing. The sales person, Bob **, was very responsive with my calls on trying to jump up starting date. The workers that came to do the job, Josh ** and Demetrius ** were very honest, friendly and professional. From being on time, answering all concerns, completing the work and clean up! I would highly recommend Josh *. and Demetrius **  Great job from everyone involved.

      Working with Groundworks was wonderful from start to finish. It began with their sales team, Rich *, ensuring my old, quirky home had a customized and thorough solution, phased out to make the job more approachable. Rich took the time to understand my goals for the project and the nuances of my house even though that took significant time and multiple trips to my home. The installation crew (Jose *., Phil *., Diego **) was professional, prompt and answered ALL of my questions. Their communication kept me informed every step of the way! When the job was completed, it looked like they had never been here - the yard and landscaping look untouched. I would definitely recommend Groundworks for anyone who needs to have their foundation worked on!

      I had sub flooring replaced in my home, with that, they removed my cabinets and countertops in agreeable to replace. I purchased my own cabinets and countertops due to the overcharging of items. Everything is apparently up charged.
      The crew who installed my subflooring did great as well as the guys who removed the cabinet. The person who came back to install my cabinets did a terrible job. One of my cabinets was hanging on by one screw and the cabinet was wobbly. The base pieces he applied were coming off as whatever glue he used didn’t hold the pieces in. Some of the cabinets were crooked. I messaged the gentlemen who came out to access my needs before using AFS and I was under the impression this was a pretty reputable company. I informed the guy who signed me up but I never received a phone call for an apology, an offer to correct any errors that I had to pay out of pocket to be corrected, a discount or anything.
      Please go through a different company.
