      Chris was great! Thorough, professional, neat, very considerate of my time. He shared some very good information on maintaining my system. Hope he comes back to do my second system.

      I just had a new furanjce installed and when the city inspector came by. The installation passed but he suggested we needed some insulation repairs. Flexix came and fixed the one area and the insulated the furance to prevent condensation. He was a very polite and well spoken person. He kept un onformed and even showed us a picture of the repair. Our cost was zero.
      Flex was another great employee and he was a joy having him in our home.

      My initial contact with One Hour Heating & Cooling on 12-23-22 was awesome. My contact showed she was truly interested in helping me get my HVAC system back on line as it had shut down during the early morning hours of Dec. 23. She set up an appointment for 8 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. for the 23rd. I had been without heat all day and one-half of that day was also without electricity as well. It was so gratifying to speak with a "human being" the first time you called and to have that person go that extra mile to send someone to have your HVAC system up and running on a day when temps were very, very cold and expected to be super cold three days beyond that even. A great technician, Josh ******, battled 20 degree temps to bring warmth to my house once again. I can't praise him enough. A great person and technician. He was thorough and took the time to explain the steps he was taking. Thank you One Hour Heating & Cooling and Joshua ******.

      Kevin sold me a new furnace. He never tried to upset me. He look at our system and the how the system was built. He said our contractor did a good job in setting up the system. I got credit for my recent repairs and we got our new system in 2 days. He knew I was having surgery and made sure it was done so I can have a warm stay when I got home. Easy and honest to work with

      We had several issues. He fixed 2 items and ran a test on the third issue. The 3rd issue tested ok. We'll 2 days later he had to fix that 3rd issue. In all circumstances he kept me informed and explained what was happening. Overall very satisfied.
