      My loan got transferred to this company without any choice on my behalf. They didn't pay our home insurance despite it being escrowed and now I have to pay a $*** fee to get it reinstated. Been dealing with this for three hours, whole workday is gone and no one still has any answers at LoanCare. Can't wait to pay off my house and be done with them. Scammy company!

      I have been with LoanCare for years.I have Direct-Deposit and have never had a late or missed payment. My mortgage was ***, however the *** payment was removed about a year ago.after 11 years of payments on time. My experience with LoanCare has been positive and very easy on me personally. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend LoanCare.

      This is the worse place. I requested my insurance be taken out of escrow as I set up the new policy on auto pay. They requested a copy of my declaration page and when I sent it to them they paid my whole policy off which I had already been paying on. They said they couldn’t help me stop the payment because the system paid it automatically. So they requested the document to fulfill my request to remove escrow but then use that to pay on a policy I am already paying on. Makes no sense. On the phone for 2 hrs. I will never do business with them again and look forward to selling my house just to get rid of them.

      Loan Care..incompetent at best
      LC says I have no insurance. Twice I emailed to their portal and faxed twice also a copy of the insurance
      Today I received an email about forced insurance.

      This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They have my account on hold after having an escrow shortage. I have tried to make payments over the phone and the payments have been returned. They raised for my payments from **** to **** because of the shortage. No, they do not want to work with me or extend my escrow shortage payments. They want me to pay now the full amount or I lose the house. None of the customer service reps know any answers. Every single one gives you a different answer and rarely are they helpful. Some of the are so rude. I wish they never bought my mortgage loan. This is a horrible company, buyers beware.

      They are the worst company I have ever seen. They have tried to ruin my life since Nov of 21 when I got a severe case of Covid & was put on disability and I missed 1 , I repeat 1 pymt due to being deathly sick which mind you at that time I was in the process of doing a refi w them & was down to signing the papers when COVID got me and once I was able to function alittle I tried to call & get the refi finished & they advised me they wouldn't continue w the refi because I missed a pymt. THEY DID NOT CARE THAT I WAS CURRENTLY STILL ON SHORT TERM DISABILITY VERY SICK STILL & SINGLE which is why my bills were not paid and they were the only ones not to wk w me. They not only did not let me finish the refi process they had already dinged my credit so that I could not find another company to refi w. I had PERFECT credit and never missed a payment in my 43 years of life. Which they knew that due to the fact they had my credit report info. Since then they have continued to ruin my credit. Send me threatening letters of foreclosure all while I have over ******* in equity since I have been in this same house for 22 years. They have sent people out to take pictures and harass me. They didn't pay my Insurance premiums which come out of my payments to them & my insurance company was calling me for 2 weeks cause these POS's wouldnt return their calls. Thankful I was not canceled. Then in a few weeks they sent me a letter threatening to charge me a crazy amount of money due to stating I did not have insurance.. THEN it gets better in that letter they referred to my home as a CONDO mind you I have a bi-level home on .68 acres. They should be put out of business & HELD responsible for trying to ruin peoples lives all while stealing their hard earned money not to mention the stress & depression I have been put through. I can't imagine being elderly I am sure they are robbing them blind & ruining their health due to the stress. LETS TAKE THEM DOWN I have so much more to say

      This company has to be scammers, thiefs, etc. the things they do have to be illegal,,, I don’t even understand. They post your payment 10 plus days late.. even when you’re calling every single day multiple times a day then charge fees and report your payment late even if they receive it on the 5th of the month… (have till the 15th) lose your payments if you send them in, charge inaccurate late fees. Every time you call.. the people tell you different information regarding the same topics. Each person gives you a different answer. They hold your money in a suspense account instead of posting it… nothing about this business is positive. I have nothing but terrible things to say: spend hours and hours each month on the phone to get a resolution and get nowhere: same crap the following month. Raised my mortgage ****** a month without a single notification. .I could go on and on. How do I switch mortgage companies… that’s all I need to know: SEND HELP

      LoanCare, LLC is a shady company that should be investigated by the FDIC and/or ******** ******** ********* Office for violating the Homeowners Protection Act (12 USC 4901 et seq.) They have twice denied my request to drop the PMI charges, even though we have paid more than 25% of the mortgage loan, falsely claiming that we were more than 30 days late making a payment in the last 12 months. In fact, the mortage payments were automatically scheduled by our bank, but LoanCare failed to credit one payment, and messed up their accounting. But even their own records show we were never late more than 30 days and are current with all mortgage payments. Instead, we got the run-around and received two indentical FORM letters denying what is due to us under federal law. Their website is garbage. At this point, my sense is that the only way LoanCare will listen to us and take us seriously is we sue them as a class action. It should be a piece of cake to prove our action in court, but it's a drag and it's expensive and time-consuming. I despise this shady company and cannot wait to see LoanCare get its comeuppance. Zero stars if I could.

      Worst company I ever dealt with in my life- wish someone can take an action against them and sue them. They have been stealing my money while making trail payments for 2 years during the loan modification period. My loan went up from **** ** *** and there is no proof where is the money they have been withdrawing from my account. I already contacted my ***** ******* and need assistance how to proceed further with that case against loan care LLC.

      My bank recently transferred my loan to this company. It took them over a month to post my first payment and during that time they sent me letters stating my payment was overdue. The first letter had one address to mail payments, bill stub had a different address, but when I called they gave me a third difference address. Now received a letter stating I don’t have insurance which I do, and they will buy me insurance called phone number on paper but can’t get anyone on the phone.
