I just got done talking to a rep on the phone, think they can outsmart you!!! Try making a payment on last Monday on the Aug. 7, 2023 online, I couldn't make the payment online, their website is always down when you trying to make a payment on time, is like it is done intentionally to get more money then what they have too, well sent out a check because it only takes at least 2 days to get there. Its already Tuesday and they still did not get a payment, how is that? Cancel my check through my bank, finally the website I was able to make the payment today on time Aug 15, 2023, I call them to let them know I put a stop payment on the check that I sent out and that I was able to make a payment on time online and put it under notes. The stupid reps... came out that they can only do so much and that will be a fee for cancelling the check if it is not process through them, is like it is done intentionally with this people, got of bunch of idiots people working there, well no wonder is a mess!!! Started making my payments online so that way this does not happens again, the last time I sent out a check they had my check sitting there for over a week on someone desk because it was misplaced. They make so many mistakes that the last payment was giving all to them I usually send out with monthly payments extra on principal and escrow but they wanted to keep everything for themself took me 4 months to get it fix properly by there top supervisor. Now trying to make payments online and I am not able to this should tell you that this company commits to many frauds. This company needs to be investigated to many stupid mistakes been made and they are never discipline over their mistakes!LoanCare, LLC

We have changed our bank account multiple times both through the portal and through the toll free number .
This is month 4 they have billed the incorrect account then stuck us with late fees.
They keep saying it is our fault - and refuse to refer to our account notes to see how many times we called to resolve this billing matter .
We are having to file an official complaint with ******* ********

Customer service is awful and nobody seems to be able to provide a clear answer. Somehow after paying on a $65,000 loan for 12 years I owe $90,000 on my house. Help!!LoanCare, LLC

Ever since my refi and got sold I've never had a single good excuse. I HATE this company. They take 2 weeks to post my payment sometimes. I've gotten late fees I shouldn't have. It's been a year and since my credit went bad because of late payments I can't refi. My insurance hits LoanCare up for payment from my escrow and then they don't pay. I have too much in my escrow now. Insurance got dropped, and I get emails from them about buying their insurance! There's got to be someone illegal about that....but, for now I'm buying insurance on my own and sending in my insurance declaration page or I'm sure they'll force place it. HORRIBLE!!!!!! Everything is automated. You can’t speak to ANYONE who knows ANYTHING. It’s all call center that transfer you to an automated system. You can’t get anything solved. They deny every request you submit. I can’t wait to get out from LOANCARELoanCare, LLC

This company is so hard to deal with all I want to do is apply for a loan modification and I get the run around. I also had to file chapter 13 bankruptcy. I paid my monthly mortgage payments plus my bankruptcy fee and they sent out that I was paying my mortgage which I did and have proof it came out of my checking account and put me in debt for almost ****** dollars. Nobody has any answers and they also took my escrow out without even a written request..LoanCare, LLC

LoanCare increased my mortgage from $*** per month (what it was for 3 years) to $***** per month and claimed my taxes went up.
Turns out they are paying taxes on a different property, leaving my taxes unpaid, yet demanding over $***** more in monthly mortgage payments.
LoanCare refuses to offer an email address to document correspondence, the only way to contact them is through a phone tree that takes 30 min to get to a live person.LoanCare, LLC

This company is the absolute worst. My mother in law passed and after making us send the death certificate and fiduciary form for the estate, still refuses to talk to us, constantly harassed us with automated calls to "call us back to discuss your loan". Now we are trying to sell the house and they refuse to send the payoff statement without the loan holder's signature!!! We were told the payoff statement was sent when we called, then when we called back because it wasn't sent we were told it hadn't even been started yet. Why lie and say it was done and emailed, just to get us off the phone? Worst company I've dealt with.LoanCare, LLC

Absolutely hands down THE worst loan company to deal with. The first year I had called and asked if they would have an issue with me splitting up my payments to meet the due date of the first. They said there would be no issue. Fast forward 10 months and all of a sudden, I start receiving returned checks. Contacted Customer Service, or what they call customer service, and asked what the issue was. They stated that there was zero notations on my account stating that my payment would be split into two. Although meeting the due date of the first, it wasn’t good enough. Then I get a Pre-Foreclosure notice stating I was over $**** in arrears. I thought it was a joke, so I contacted Customer Service again and they stated that I need to contact the attorney handling my case. Well beyond confused, the attorney (disclaimer: not licensed to practice law in my State) being very curt, expressed that I needed to come up with the full amount by a certain date. All while tacking on charges to increase the cost. By the time all was said and done, $*** out the window AND an increased mortgage due to their shortcomings. Guess what? After all that, payment reversals were on my bank account. Another phone call and Customer Service stating that they were unable to locate my account-the same one that had successful payments prior. Steer clear. Oh yeah, and no need for the auto response of “contact us at loancare.com”LoanCare, LLC
