This is an extremely bad company to have a loan with. They will give you bad information then blame you for “not doing enough research on your own”. This misinformation cost us thousands. Also they did not put our home owners payment into our escrow account then not only tried to make us pay MORE back, after admitting THEIR mistake but also told us that we should have caught it. You can call them with a question four times and get four different answers. They have messed us up twice (once badly) and blamed us both times. Their answer is always “we’re sorry” but that doesn’t do anything to solve the problems they caused.LoanCare, LLC

Had to do a mortgage assistance application due to loss of income from COVID-19 was out of work for 4 months and I sent proof of that and proof of my job not compensation for COVID-19 anymore. After sending in all paperwork requested, I was given the run around and was told they were waiting for the under writers and their attorney. From July to December, I was being told the same thing. The whole time I asked if I could pay to at least bring balance down and I was told that I didn't have to make a payment during the application process. January 2023 comes, and I get a call from Loan Care, and I'm being told that I never sent in a mortgage assistant application and that I need to pay *** up front to bring the loan current. I explained that I did in fact submit an application and all paperwork required for the it and that I was told not to pay. I was told I'd have to redo the whole process over again and that my home will be going into foreclosure if I don't. I started the process all over again and earlier this week I called Loan Care in regard to the application, and I was told my house is going into foreclosure. I've never dealt with a company that has put me through anything like this. I definitely do not recommend this company at all.LoanCare, LLC

I had fallen on hard times, ya know life happens. I called the customer service line and spoke to Shanta. She helped me get my mortgage payments back on track, without fear of foreclosure, and explained everything step by step. Truly a great customer service representative that understands that life happens and gives her honest opinion on which options work best for you!LoanCare, LLC

Don't trust this corporation to play fair good luck with an attorney, they count on people not being able to afford fighting this monstrosity of a nightmare that will bully their way into your homes without ever being asked, they will lie, they won't even act like they know what socialsupport is, so please, don't be like me and fall for it. Hold them accountable to qualified written requests. These people are literally the lowest scum of human on earth and all should be ashamed of themselves for being involved with this disgusting conjob of an operation that endlessly destroys peoples lives but nothing will happen with the CFPB because management is connected deep within the government. We all know the government always investigates themselves and finds that no wrong doing happened. I wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy. I hope they run out of business and more people hold these folk accountable for their web of tomfoolery that they will pull just to do everything they can to take money. These people will literally say that they did not disable your account. We all know they did. Dirty. Dirty. Dirty. Refinance before you experience what so many others have and put that your loan can not be sold to this godless corruption connected part of the world that needs to go away as soon as possible. These people control over 1.8 million peoples homes. Do something on an individual level besides the CFPB, CFPB reports do nothing. How many have you have made CFPB reports? Did anything happen? It's a joke. Loancare will mark it resolved or that they need more time and then do nothing at all. You can see they are currently facing lawsuits for not responding timely, the lawyers will win that, take individual action against this firm that none of us asked to have anything to do with.LoanCare, LLC

If I could rate the company a zero, I would! During COVID, Loancare presented a deferment program that paused your mortgage payments until you are financially stable. The first issue I have with this is that the program didn't require acknowledgement from all parties on the loan. After the deferment period, I was sent a letter stating I would need to pay ***** to bring my loan current by May 18. I paid ***** on May 17. This amount included all the previously owed months PLUS the month of May. I was told that my next regular payment would be due on June 1st. On May 31st, I attempted to make my payment. I noticed that my loan still stated that I was behind several months. I double checked my bank statement, confirming that the money was taken out of my account. After further investigation, I noticed that ***** was placed in "suspense". I contacted Loancare and no one can tell me why the money is being held. I have called almost every single day since May 31st and all they keep saying is that I didn't pay enough money. They are telling me that I have late fees, although during deferment, no late fees would be applied. I believe that they didn't think that I would be able to pay such a large debt, but now that I have, I am being punished. They haven't said this to me but I believe they have my home in foreclosure. Each time I call them, they ask me "how will I pay my debt", never "how can I help you". I have to explain to them that money is being held in suspense, every time. I always ask to speak to a supervisor but no one is ever available. They either put me on hold for hours or come back and say "my supervisor said...". At this point, I don't trust them with any of my money. These people are ruining lives. Also, we are military vets.LoanCare, LLC

Terrible! Avoid this loan Shark! All they care about is payment on time and if you need assistance after years of on time payments, the response was: “We ate not a charity! Pay your bill on time or we will destroy your credit!”

Every customer service representative I speak to gives me a different answer. This is a very scary situation. I'm in danger of losing my home and they're giving me the run around. I was on the phone for two hours and spoke to three different people each one giving me a different response. All the while each representative being rude and condescending! Every representative I speak to tells me I owe a different amount. This is insane! I need immediate help!LoanCare, LLC

INCOMPETENT COMPANY! They keep charging us for hazard insurance they bought on our behalf even though we are covered though insurance of our choice. The insurance department has documentation of our coverage good through next year, and it is posted on the records and yet, Loan Care won't post our mortgage payment because they say it is short by the amount of the hazard insurance. I called them and it looks like they don't communicate between departments. I was told the mortgage department has not deleted the escrow charge. I sure hope they credit the "short amount" $****** I had to pay for hazard insurance for 1 month so they could post my May mortgage payment and was told to hold on paying June's until they delete the escrow charge, in about 7 days because otherwise this June's payment will be placed on hold because it will not match their amount due. I was also told the hazard insurance payment would be refunded via mail. Hope it is sent via certified and registered mail, otherwise it can get "lost" in the mail! Who in their right mind would subscribe to this exponentially expensive monthly hazard insurance? *******? Ridiculous! I don't live in a mansion.
I believe this is a basic operational procedure to review documentation, book keeping and communication. Substandard company, too bad our original loan was sold to this company.LoanCare, LLC

Terrible, just as everyone else has said. No accountability for the words they state on their end. I had four staff including a supervisor *****) and member of management team ******) assure me we would skip a payment as part of a recast process, then they backtracked and gave me a late fee and we are still having to pay the huge payment. We have wasted thousands of dollars in interest because of their lack of follow through in the recast processing and promises they did not keep. Absolutely horrible, and we're stuck with them because of our mortgage.LoanCare, LLC
