      Loancare has been absolutely beyond horrific, They took over servicing of my loan last year and mess things up on a monthly basis. I apply payments, they apply it to the wrong loan, I call up 2 months later when my statement shows up and shows that its wrong, then I call them to correct that statement, they send it to an escalation team who says its been reviewed and will be fixed on the next statement, the statement comes and its wrong AGAIN as it is every month, So I ask, can someone send me a snapshot of exactly what the account balances are right now and they respond "no that's not possible sir, you have to wait for the next statement". The next statement will be wrong, and around and around we go. There is ZERO transparency and no way to correct things, this business should be shut down immediately, THIS IS BANKING IN THE US, absolutely incompetent and no way to fix it.

      I wish I didn’t even have to give one star. These people have ruined my life!! I closed on a home in 2021!!! They were wired funds to close the loan from the closing attorney’s bank. They were supposed to pay 6k to HUD because it was a FHA loan. Here we are in 2023 and they still have not paid HUD and they won’t reimburse me. No one can tell me where my money went or pay HUD. My lease is up and I’m trying to purchase a new home and can’t because of this. Loancare has been a nightmare from the start. I was so happy when I sold my home because I thought I would never have to deal with these people again. I now have to take legal action. Stay FAR away!!!!

      I wish I could give them ZERO stars. Our loan got bought by this awful company and it has been a nightmare dealing with them. Due to the pandemic, my husband and I struggled to get new jobs; however, since that part normalized for both of us, we had been trying to make additional payments on top of our monthly mortgage. They had refused to receive anything but a full additional payment, so now we are two payments behind. They are rude and it takes up to three calls to get a supervisor every single time. Absolutely ridiculous to expect people to have the ability to pay two mortgage payments in one transaction and not allow them to make partial payments to be able to catch up. These are very difficult financial times we all are facing, and companies need to come down to earth if they want to be paid. Terrible business practice and I'm looking forward to the day we can transfer our loan to a better mortgage company who truly supports military families.

      This company stole my money. Transferred my loan and kept the payments I had prepaid. I have been attempting to recoup funds for the past year. Multiple ** excuses "funds were posted too late fees". How did I have ANY late fees, when I paid ahead and funds were unapplied? Repeat my story over and over again to incompetent customer service reps, who repeatedly claim someone is looking into this, you have a case manager... **. A class action lawsuit needs to be put on this company. THIEVES. ZERO STARS

      they owe me $$$+ for escrow refund and it never came, 1st said 30 day wait period; then said they would refile a new check; now the 30 day wait song and dance routine again. THEY OWE ME MONEY and have for a year!!
      Why should I make my loan payments when they cannot get me my money???
      what a ripoff!!!! they are sitting on MY MONEY

      Less than one star. Their customer service is almost nonexistent. Fail to return emails or attempt to resolve an issue with receiving appropriate owed refund. After countless attempts to get ahold of an actual person only to have to re-explain my problem over and over and have them send it to “escalation,” I never hear back. I then have had to make more calls only to get placed on hold, and then told to call back because escalation isn’t answering phone.

      I contacted them 1/28/23 with forms from the salavation army to approve them to pay principal and interest on loan for Feb and March. They had me send the same forms over 9 times and refuses to send them back to me so that salavation army can submit their payment and then I can submit the remaining balance for taxes and insurance. But can't get no one on the phoen or guve me a logical explanation why they are refusing 3rd party help. I am currently on maternity leave and they have made it absolutely impossible to get assistance without refinancing. They are refusing to assist to help at all. Now I got 2 months worth sent to credit bureau because they won't send forms over. If I could get out from under them I would. I guess I'm going to have to take them to court

      THIEVES!!! Worst mortgage company in the country. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! My wife and I both have credit scores in the mid 800s and have never missed or have been late with a payment. During Hurricane Ian we sustained about $40,000 in damages to our home. Our insurance company issued a check within a few days to help us repair our home. The check was made to myself and the mortgage company. They have held our money for several months after we completed all repairs. We paid for everything out of pocket. Their inspector came and verified that the repairs were 100% completed. A month more has passed and they still won’t release our money. They keep making more excuses. Oh, it’s under review… terrible company and a terrible experience.
