  Disabled veteran that has bought and sold a few houses.I originally sold my house through 21st and they were great but they sold the account a few months later.Ill have to say the worst,most inconvenient company I've ever worked with.Ive done everything right have all my bills taken out of my account so the bill is paid on time every month have insurance also.first year they tried to say I had no insurance by contacting me and worrying me even thought that 2 is deducted from my payment. They said sorry and said it wouldn't happen again. Took me the longest to get my money back from them that I paid for my taxes that I was exempt from ok going into 2nt year again company said I had no insurance but yet it was taken out of escrow.One lady said no we show no insurance but later on she said oh yes after putting me through so much stress,they just didn't get it paid again they said sorry and it wouldn't happen again.I contacting the insurance company and they confirmed they received the payment so a couple of month have went by AND THE COMPANY SENT ME A THREATENING LETER TELLING ME TO GET INSURANCE OR THEY WILL GET A MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE POLICY THAT WONT COVER ME IN ANYWAY. IM A 100% DISABLED FEMALE,WIDOW THAT HAS MANY HEATH PROBLEMS AND STRESS ONLY MAKES THOSE CONDITIONS WORSE ,SO IM SITTING HERE BECAUSE ITS THE WEEKEND AND CANT TALK TO ANYONE SO IM LITTERLLY SICK TO MY STOMACH. I will spend the rest of my life letting people know about this company and to my reality co friends not to do business with this company. I will **** the threatening letter I received after I do a formal complaint. I have so many other stories to tell about what this company attempts to do BUT IT WILL NEVER BE FOR NONE PAYMENT BECAUSE ITS TAKEN DIRECTLY OUT AND HAS NEVER BEEN A DAY LATE. I HOPE OTHER PEOPLE WHO SERVED OR ANYONE ELSE IS DONE THIS WAY,NOMATTER WHAT THIS IS NOT OVER, AND I HAVE ALL DAY EVERY DAY,I BELIEVE THIS IS INTENTIONAL TO GET PEOPLE

  I would give them nothing , they are practicing illegal practices . They are holding mortgage payments that are made on time every month claiming they don’t get them to illegally charge late fees and interest . They should all go to jail for stealing , a bunch of dirty crooks they are , I am looking for a class action suit soon against these people .

  LoanCare sent me my escrow overage check and it was returned when I tried to deposit it into my bank account. This was over a month ago. Each time I call they have a different story. I am concerned as well since they do not show these funds still in my account under escrow nor do they have documentation of the check bouncing they sent me. This is my money and they sent it back to me and it bounced.

  This company is an absolute nightmare! Run away as fast as you can and never look back! I had a great mortgage company that, unfortunately, sold my mortgage to LoanCare. I have been out of forbearance, caught up on my loan, and paying my full monthly payment for over a year now and Loan Care STILL has my account in a forbearance tagged to it so that I am completely unable to make payments using the online or phone automated system! I have to call in every single month to make my payment through one of their unprofessional, unknowledgeable, unfriendly “customer care” representatives who continue to promise me month after month after moth (for 13 months) that they will “take care of it for me and take the forbearance status off.” What a huge lie!!!! And its effecting my credit score because every month there’s a flag stating that I have an account that is having too be paid with assistance! Can I please sue this company?!!!

  Loan Care is the absolute worst loan company I have ever dealt with in my life. They should NOT be allowed to buy mortgages from other lenders period! They purchased my loan in Oct and on my fixed 30yr mortgage they doubled everything.. my interest rate my payment and even how much I bought the house for! It took 2 months just to get some of that fixed. They also have done 2 escrow account analysis and sent me a refund check that I never should have got and now after paying back what was need they show me as a negative amount ! The people there have not been helpful and have disconnected our calls and never called back! My old Bancj has said that they are hearing these stories from everyone they sold their mortgages to Loan Care and all bad things! I agree with others on those review page that I think they are either trying to scam us or just that incompetent! This should be illegal and they need shut down! and forced to give the mortgages back to the original Bank or to an accredited Loan company!

  LoanCare was the worst financial institution I ever dealt with. They can NOT add, subtract, multiply, or divide. I sent a payment with a principal only payment included that was "so close to a regular payment" that this is what LoanCare staff did with said principal payment. It only took this company 4 months to completely mess-up the esgrow, principal only, and the flood insurance for my mortgage. Worst mortgage company in the United States. I wouldn't let this company loan me a nickel to put in the gumball machine. I think they probably steal from babies. When I had to move my loan, the company made my new lender wait a week by mail when this company admitted that my new lender could have probably been emailed. They're just the worst. Also, don't let a credit union draw up your mortgage for they'll sell it off always.

  No Way to Contact but by Phone- and they do that for Conniving Reasons! They have a message form that greatly limits the reasons you can contact them, and the reasons they do list are only one way reasons like viewing past transactions, getting forms or information. They DO NOT want to put ANYTHING in writing because lying is how the operate! They will never admit to doing anything that benefits the customer. Thats why the operate only by phone. Loan Care is by FAR the most corrupt company I have ever dealt with in my 60 years on Earth! Keep detailed notes, names and dates/time when you talk to anyone. Only problem is, even if you have all your detailed notes, they will deny saying anything that benefits your situation as a mortgagor.

  Very poor service, hard to believe they are in the financial services industry with such poor service. LoanCare has failed to provide loan demand letters when requested they be sent, failed to provide account payment histories, failed to provide referrals to legal services when they agreed, and terminated my service without cause and without confirmation that services were transferring to FNF. These service issues have occurred year over year.
  Do not use LoanCare services.

  I feel this loan servicer scams mortgage consumers (homeowners), by applying unknown fees and charges to my monthly mortgage statements. They will not offer mortgage assistance with Modifications and/or Forbearances that are related to Covid-19. I am disgusted with this shady Loan Servicer.
