      I have been trying to pay my mortgage online for the past 3 days now! The site doesn’t even load! I am currently traveling ans not able to call. I had to Google an email to customer service but after sending the email I have received an automated response that email address is not monitored and to use another email. I sent another email to the new provided email just to receive another automated response saying that this email address is also not monitored and to go directly to their website! I have been trying to pay my mortgage 2 weeks in advance but they make it impossible for clients to do so and to get hold of them!!! This is the worst!!!

      Terrible. Paid my mortgage, got an email confirmation that my payment had been maid, then got a notice 30 day later saying it was late! affected my credit immensely and now have a 30 day late payment history. Not very happy they never actually tried to withdraw my payment and just wanted the extra fees.

      Ridiculus...agent not able to solve problem on phone and asking me to write letters. So that they can repsond with reasons which don't even apply to my loan account. Run away from this company

      So far loan care customer service agents have been very unprofessional and rude! They don't seem to have the skills or knowledge to help the customer. It's a shame that loan care doesn't train there customer service agents to provide compassion and understanding to there customers that need assistance. You treat your customers like it's our responsibility to know what the steps are. It's your customers that make there mortgage payments on time. We've invested our time,money and faith into loan care. It's your customers that give you a paycheck! You need to step up to the plate and do your job!

      The people working for Myloancare are completely rude for no reason. I just have a question and they have to spell the answer out for me like I’m a idiot. There is no reason behind it and they need to be held for there actions over there.

      Loancare will not respond to me about assumption paperwork I had to submit by snail mail back in July 2022. My ex would like to be off the loan, ya know?!

      Do not fall behind on your payments. They’ll no longer accept partial payments, and now they’ll not even accept a full monthly payment, even if you’re also paying all of the late fees. This pandemic has been difficult enough without a loan company trying to take peoples homes.

      Honestly I almost feel like I am being scammed. I applied for mortgage assistance & was denied. While going through the 30 day decision process for mortgage assistance I was told I couldn't make a payment. Every time I call there's a new amount that is owed (literally being told something different every time). I've had 1 customer representative have an attitude with me & hang up in my face. Now I am scrambling to find this lump sum amount to catch my mortgage back up. The guidance being given by customer reps is to file another mortgage assistance package, but that will only increase the debt owed since they've denied me once & I will back at square 1. Now I know there is a big difference between a debt collector that provides mortgage loans and a federally insured bank that provides mortgage loans.

      I received a check from my insurance company and wanted loan care to waive their process since the check was for me to make repairs for damages caused by Ian . Loan care has created ridiculous measures to provide us our money to the point we have lost our place for repairs our damages in a timely manner. If they waived there unnecessary bureaucracy we could have had our repairs completed. Now we find ourselves having to wait over a year to be completed. Meanwhile my money is collecting interest that goes to them. (This is criminal)

      Hi I get my invoice from Newrez and use the newrez.myloancare.com site. I usually use this to pay my mortgage. But the last two months I have had to pay by snail mail since I cannot get into the site. I have also tried calling and pay by phone but it is all robot answering and mostly talking about the Florida hurricane. I will continue to send my mortgage in by snail mail but it worries me if you are still in business since I cannot get a hold of anyone. I talked to Newrez contact and they cannot bring up any information and does not know anything about this.
