      Hope you never have an insurance claim while they are your mortgage company. Request something and you send it. They say they got it. A few days later it's somehow gone missing. Been going through this for 11 months!!! They hold your insurance money hostage and make every excuse not to pay it to you. My insurance company has said multiple times this is by far the worst mortgage company to deal with. All while my house is still getting destroyed. Orginal cost of repairs was $***** now close to $**** in repairs due to cost of stuff rising and additional water damage. I have personally paid over $*** for repairs thus far and they refuse to reimburse me for it out of my own insurance funds! I'm now at a point of having to hire an attorney as I'm left with no other options. My insurance went from $**** a year to just going up to $*** a year due to repairs not being completed. Steer clear of these people at all cost!!!

      Awful. Zero flexibility on how to pay. I want to pay my variable loan on the two payments per month method -- they can't accommodate. Tried to pay extra principal -- went in as interest. What a mess. They have me over a barrel because I can't refi away. Thinking of options for some sort of lawsuit.

      Worse Customer Service that I have ever dealt with on our home mortgage loan. Do not use this company for your home loan. I was trying to payoff my home mortgage. I was unable to use the online payment option. I was told that final payment had to be made by cashiers check and sent to Loancare *** ********** *** San Francisco CA. Payment was never recorded and they then issued late fees on the loan. I have called Customer Service and they stated the check was mailed to the wrong address which their customer service department provided to me. They would not own up to their mistake and said so sorry but I need to send another check to another address - PO Box **** Virginia Beach VA. Are you kidding me!!!! I have no idea where my cashiers check is now and they want another check! DO NOT USE THIS LOAN SERVICE!

      Would give this company zero stars if possible. Absolute worst experience. I was trying to refinance my home with loan care who is my current lender. What a horrible decision. Months wasted, with horrible communication, service and follow up. Would not recommend to anyone.

      I received no return phone calls and dead end emails saying they have not received my paperwork but yet I sent them numerous times. Catherine ******** never returns my calls and only sends emails weeks later saying she hasn't received them while at the same time she replies going on vacation or will be out of the office. I have sent papers since Dec of 2023 and still no resolution.

      Worst bank to ever have my mortgage through.
      House burned down 5 months ago, they have my insurance check, each person I talked to gave me different answers, pending review right now in the corporate office says it’ll take 10 days today has been 14 and I’ve gotten no answers. This place needs shut down.

      Won't stop harassing me stating I have no homeowners insurance. I've provided proof and been told it was received multiple times. Garbage company that doesn't deserve to be in business

      LoanCare, LLC is a complete garbage company. We have sent in extra payments labeled "principal only" for months and months. The continuously place our money in a suspense account and hold it until we call in. We have to call every single month and have it disputed. The cash department tells us that this is how the system is set up and can't be changed. This is unacceptable and needs to be changed. We are paying off our mortgage early just to get rid of this crooked company.

      Terrible. I have paid my mortgage on time for years. We had a tornado come through and LoanCare holds the funds and demands paperwork from the insurance company that is not customary. My insurance stated that over **K claims, they never dealt with such a difficult company. Meanwhile, my funds sit in their account and my house stays in pieces.

      LoanCare, LLC probably has the distinct honor of gathering the most incompetent (or evil) group of people ever assembled to form a company. They seem completely incapable of depositing a loan payment, even when mailed at least a week or more early, and yet they never have a problem charging a $**-dollar late fee for THEIR incompetence. When called they will acknowledge their error and seem most willing to help, but don't be fooled: as soon as they are off the line your conversation has been erased from their memory and it's back to complete incompetent business as usual. Now they even are mandating we send our payments by certified check. When called on this the person on the phone said that they could not access our account, it had been locked. Then we were told that any further conversation would have to be conducted through email. No more person to person, no going up the chain of command. LoanCare customer service at its finest. I would love to leave 0 stars, but this site won't let me. How the *** can possibly see this as an A+ company is beyond me.
