Loancare is the worst lender we have had. They didn’t pay our property taxes the entire time we were serviced with them. This error caused penalties and late fees that we had to cover to prevent foreclosure. We have been trying to recover our funds but Loancare refuses to pay us the money that is owed to us!

We asked for a modification on our loan. They sent us paperwork that had to be notarized. The notary filled out the information to their understanding. We sent the paperwork package back, and 5 times Loancare sent it back to us because the notary made a mistake. The multiple notaries we used said they have never seen such a confusing form to fill out. Loancare said this last paperwork was still not correct and said it was too late and would not send the paperwork again. They don't care if we lose the house. I asked what the notary messed up and he told me, but said we were too late getting the corrected info to them. The paperwork errors were not our fault! Loancare doesn't care.

Worst company ever. If I could go back in time and never sign that line I would. My mortgage has gone up $*** in two years. They had zero options for me coming out of forbearance during Covid. They were forced to find me an option and it is not affordable. It feels like they are trying to take my home. They refused to work with me, but on the second you better believe that I’m getting calls and emails telling me that I am in a delinquent. I have until the 15th. I am not delinquent. There’s no customer service. their agents yell at customers and it takes multiple requests with *** to get in contact with anyone worth a damn at loan care. Stay far away. Hopefully they get shut down at some point. It is time for a full investigation into this company.

LoanCare is horrible and should not be in business. They were late paying my taxes in March 2019. Therefore a penalty fee was assessed. After several phone calls and mailing them documents to their tax department , nothing was done and I had to pay the late fees of 324.54 due to receiving a letter that my home would be put up for Sheriff Sale. It was their responsibility and not mine...BUYER BEAWARE!!!!!!!!!!

LoanCare is the worst mortgage company I have ever dealt with. They don't even deserve a single empty star. In late December 2022, my house in Temple, Texas was flooded due to a burst pipe on the third floor caused by an extreme cold spell at night. The house is large, over 4,300 sq-ft, and three stories. We were not home at the time, and the house sustained flood damage. Our insurance company issued a payment of about $******* for the flood damage, which we received 14 months after the incident occurred. We fully repaired the house with our own money. According to the city, the house is valued at over $*******, and I owe the mortgage company $*******. Since I still owe money to LoanCare, their name was on the insurance check along with mine. After I signed the check, it was forwarded to the mortgage company for their endorsement. This was about two months ago. However, they still keep the check and haven't released it, which prevents us from being reimbursed for the money we've already spent on repairs. They essentially withhold the check and don't send us the money that is rightfully ours. We sent them pictures of every room in the house to prove that the damage was fixed. We also requested an inspector of their choice to inspect the house and verify that it is fully repaired and in perfect condition. For the last three weeks or so, they keep telling us that their inspector will call us to set an appointment for the property inspection, but that has never happened. They have been giving us lies and baseless excuses and have essentially confiscated the money which is rightfully ours. Finally, we hired an attorney to sue them.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. First I tried paying off my mortgage on line and was told they couldn't accept a payment that large online. It was less then twenty thousand dollars. Then I sent them a check for the exact amount and it was sent back because the "numerical number didn't match the written number" which it did. Then I tried calling and got the the run around. I filed a complaint with the ******** ******** office here in NY, I suggest you do the same.

Run! If you are unfortunate enough to have this loan co please beware. Constant problems with escrow, ins and tax payments. Customer service is non existent and the people seem uneducated about the job.
