      I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the abysmal customer service provided by LoanCare. My recent experience attempting to address a simple query has left me utterly frustrated and disillusioned.
      After enduring a torturous 20-minute phone call, I found myself stuck in a mind-numbing loop of automated messages, interspersed with brief interactions with human representatives who proved to be of little help. Despite repeating my information ad nauseam, I was repeatedly transferred back into the same infuriating cycle. I never was able to even ask the question or get to the correct individual. The topic is insurance, I just needed to speak to someone in insurance.
      This blatant disregard for customer time and patience is wholly unacceptable. It is evident that LoanCare's customer service system is plagued by inefficiency and incompetence, leaving customers like myself to languish in a never-ending maze of frustration.

      This company should not be rated as an A+ under the BBB. As a member myself with an A+ rating Loancare doesn’t come close to it. How can you have all these horrible reviews and nightmare stories and yet they’re still in business. Glad to see we aren’t alone, but I’ve never heard of a company where their own staff can’t reach any executives nor corporate! But in several request and no answer, I bet if they were missing money and not able to go to their homes at night; something will get done. Calls are recorded and yet everyone is lost or don’t know how to resolve a problem. Had a house fire 5 years ago and still trying to request funds to move forward in rebuilding. Our time is almost up where we are staying and yet mortgage is being paid and we’ll risk being homeless. While paying a mortgage it’s insane. Glad to see they lost lawsuits, we’ll definitely be getting a lawyer. Their corporate office must be ********** money and living the good life on yachts because there is no way everyone has the same complaint just about and they are still in business. They care for nothing and about nothing and it shows! From horrible representatives to ignorant executives, this company has FRAUD written all over them. What’s keeping them in business?

      I would give zero stars, if possible. I cannot stand this company, IF you can ever get somebody to answer the phone they are zero help anyway. Nobody has any answer and cannot help you. They have told me multiple times that my mortgage has been late, when it was not. They have even gone so far as to threaten to take my home away, but when I call to speak to somebody on the phone about the situation they tell me that I am in no danger and that they have my payment so they have no idea why I am receiving these letters. It is an extremely stressful and time-consuming process that keeps repeating itself at least once a year. I even refinanced at one point and got away from the company, unfortunately for me Loancare bought my mortgage and I got stuck with them and their poor services again. I am yet again holding another letter telling me I am late on my payment, they have listed the wrong payment amount and the letter is dated for 5 days after they processed my payment. This company is a joke. If you can do anything to avoid working with them, I would. I will forever recommend people do anything they can to get away from Loancare.

      This is the worst company we have ever dealt with. We had a mortgage with another company and got a letter saying the loan was being sold to Loancare in November 2023. We paid off our loan to our original company October 2023 and got a mortgage release letter etc. Then December Loancare starts calling us saying we are behind on our mortgage. It took months to get them to admit that our loan was in fact paid. Then we start getting more calls and they had created a new account number for the same mortgage. So once again we had to get them to admit that. Now it is showing on our credit report that we are over 120 days behind on a mortgage that we never had with them. They will not remove it. Our credit score has dropped 200 points!!! Our insurance went up our credit limits declined on our credit cards. Its been a nightmare. We need an attorney to sue Loancare. They are costing us money from our business as well due to credit issue.

      Loancare is the worse mortgage. You call you have to go through all kind of prompts and customer service is extremely rude. I have been hung up on several times and the agents act like they are too busy to help you with your concerns. The government needs to shut down this company.

      Just received the most confusing letter from this crazy company. My loan is being transferred from Loancare to Loancare- in 2 weeks. I’m sure new account numbers will be involved, but that’s for us to figure out. They won’t willingly give you any information that might be helpful… maybe a statement that says nothing has changed on your end my dear customer so keep sending me money monthly

      Agreed, Zero Stars if possible!!! Every experience I have had with LoanCare has been horrific! Their online system is garbage, constantly locking me out of my profile. When you call into the IT/Customer Service they are unable to address your concerns. They create a "Ticket" and are suppose to fix the problem. HA!!! they fix noting! Every time I try to login to the online portal it is like Groundhogs Day, New day but same problems.
      Additionally, when my insurance renews there seems to be endless problems getting Loancare to issue payment to the insurance company from the escrow that we have been paying all year. This year it took nearly 8 weeks. I nearly had to pay the *** out of my own pocket to cover the insurance because of the time delays squarely on the back of LonaCare. To finally get them to issue payment it took multiple calls per week from my insurance and or myself. On top of that, during that same time they were sending treating messages about forced mortgage placed insurance for lack of coverage.
      WHAT A JOKE THIS COMPANY IS!!!
      Can't wait for them to go out of business.

      TERRIBLE!! I received notice that my loan was sold and as a result I had an escrow refund. I called the number on the LoanCare notice and the number was invalid. After making several calls to other offices, I was told I could only receive MY MONEY if I emailed the person on the notice. I tried to email that person but the email was invalid. After calling again I was given a generic email. Several weeks later, I called to confirm receipt and once again was told I could not get in contact with that office. The operator said it could take up to 6 weeks to get YOUR MONEY. I repeated myself, telling the operator I was not interested in knowing how long it would take to receive funds but rather wanted to confirm receipt. Their answer was you can not speak to that office. How nice of them to hold on to my money.

      zero stars. company is unresponsive to complaints and financially punishes customers for their errors. The latest manipulations against the consumer seems to be limiting options to make payments. Agree with other who say they should be investigated, the A+ rating sounds WRONG when they have a 1.06 out of 5 on over *** ******** ******. *** *** *** *******
